Extremely basic. Don’t expect much. You’ll get handed your key and that’ll be the extent of any service. Just good enough for a sleep.

We were disappointed from the time we arrived: -reception staff poorly presented ; - dirty carpet in the room; - bed side lights not working; - oversized lounge chair was damaged; - overpriced- out her family members stayed at better cheaper motels suchas the Federation Motel near the Services Club

Room was clean and good for an overnight stay. Owner was welcoming and helpful. The facility overall is quite dated and in need of refurbishment

Property cancelled booking at 5pm even though I was told it would be held over till 7pm. Continually tried to take money from my card before arriving 7 times all up through out the day was suppose to pay on arrival. Wotif site is totally useless and their consultants are useless as well

Handy quiet location. Clean, comfy spacious room with good amenities. The bed was a bit close to the wall, but everything else was great.

I booked approximately May for stay on June Long Week End. Price $85.When I arrived on Sunday 12th June & was charged $100 & when I spoke to manager he said $100 or go. I was in retail for 45 tears & I know trading rules. I have stayed there several times & with this management it is shocking & RUDE. The best part f the stay was the EXIT. No WI FI, Cupboard broken you have to join top part to bottom part to shut. Illegal Power Board sitting on side table. NO HOT WATER at 7am in morning & only 4 rooms taken & 2 of those were workers installing SOLAR SYSTEM at Motel. Air Conditioner set at 30 & on heat & was very little warmth from it. CLEAN THE FILTRS. The Manager was putting Weather protectors on bottom of doors & all you could see was his bare back & lower, not appropriate when a woman sitting in sun. I have learnt my lesson. NEVER AGAIN.

Absolutely disgusting management here! Have stayed here before with the old managers and the property itself was run down, filthy and plain disgusting. Had to urgently book a stay in Young- this was the only place available (no surprises here). Accidentally made a mistake on my booking and had to transfer the stay by one night. This is where I experienced the worst customer service EVER! The Indian lady on the phone started abusing me, telling me that *********** was ripping her off (not my fault). I had a simple request date change (by 1 night) and she was being extremely rude. Would not help me at all- spoke to *********** who told me to call the property. She was not listening to what *********** told me- told me to never stay again and hung up the phone! Whoever owns this motel has made a BIG mistake employing this horrible lady. I'm a travelling medical specialist, and I will be making it known to my entire network and company to avoid this motel. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Basic but clean and comfortable. Fine for an overnight stay on our journey.
