Good hotel well located. Breakfast with variety and good food.

Die Lage war spitze und wir durften eine Stunde später auschecken, darüber haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Im Zimmer war leider ein unangenehmer Geruch und die Klimaanlage hat permanent ein pfeifendes Geräusch gemacht. Nach dem Check-out wurden uns 4,50 € für eine Cola, die wir nicht genommen haben (wir haben nichts aus der Minibar genommen) von der Kreditkartenkaution abgezogen. Das Thema konnte gelöst werden und die 4,50 € sind erstattet, trotzdem etwas ärgerlich und die Kommunikation dazu lief nicht ganz rund. Was aber noch positiv hervorzuheben ist, war das leckere Frühstück und das freundliche Servicepersonal beim Frühstück.

Cozy, clean, delicious food( all the time it impress ) , friendly and sincerely staff. Good breakfast with additional service . Every visit leaves only good impression. As you are in the old town, you can reach all touristic places by foot. .

Lovely hotel in the old town. Very ornate rooms. Air conditioning worked well so we could set a comfortable temperature. Bathroom was very small and shower would benefit from a mixer tap as it was difficult to get the right temperature. Breakfast was great with a la carte options available.

Top location and service. Excellent from greeting at the reception, free drink voucher from checkin. Good location close to different places to see and experience. Good restaurant with good and service minded staff. Small gym but have what you need.

Great location in Old Town. Walkable from train and easy walking all of Old Town. Excellent breakfast, especially Sundays!!

From the cold and impolite welcome to the moldy rooms with old carpets and dated interiors, the stay at this hotel was thoroughly unpleasant. Hotel staff will not willingly give you information about the hotel, you have to pry it from their cold and stiff lips."Is there a gym? Yes...but. "Is there a spa? Yes...but. The gym, by the way, is the size of a toddler's bedroom, without a toddler's charm. I have never felt so unwelcome in my entire life, even when rejected by pretty girls I really, really liked. Stay away from this hotel at all costs. suffice to say: This hotel is nowhere near a 5-star hotel! Vilnius: Yes! Imperial Hotel and Restaurant: NO! Plus: the receptionist when I checked out was very polite and nice, maybe because I was leaving?
