As i walked in i had flashbacks of my great grandma's house from the smell. The bed sheet had a giant yellow stain. Not one towel did not have at least 2 stains or completely stained. I dried off with the blow dryer. Tv, warm water and out of the cold is all it was good for.

Cons: Dirty sheets, previous people’s trash, dead bugs all over, smellie pillows, couch and chairs grungy, empty swimming pool, beds were hard and uncomfortable Pros: large spacious room, good window coverings

Bathroom was poorly cleaned. No fan, tiles were stained and drooping. White towel was stained and didn’t feel comfortable drying face with it.

I was upgraded to a nicer room at no extra charge. That was very nice. I have stayed there numerous times with lower grade rooms and appreciated the upgrade to something nicer. I will definitely stay here for all my Vernal trips!!

Nice area related theme on the blankets and pillow cases. Room had good heat on a rather cold night. Liked the ground level entry.

It was good. The room was cozy and nice. The mattress was a little sunken. Good value. My room didn't have black out curtains, only shutters, which was a down side.

Great place to stay, bathroom was a little weird and the drops ceiling tiles could use some attention.

The staff was awesome! Got us checked in fast and was kind and professional. They gave us coupons for area restaurants for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and we were able to try the 2 resteraunts. The mattress was new and firm, our room also had a microwave and fridge, both worked well. Overall we had a comfortable stay. The room was clean except for the shower curtain needed to be washed or replaced. The property has been mostly renovated. Some of the room was very new and some was older.

We did not stay because they stated the price given by ******* was not acceptable and had canceled. I felt their customer service around this was not appropriate, they did not even offer me another price and told me I had to work it out with *******.
