Comfortable bed, rolling shades on the windows which is great yet still a bit noisy (from the top floor) and a strong smell of disinfectant spray in the room

Chambres très propres et confortables. Petit bémol pour la musiquerr de l’espace clubbing le soir qui à notre sens trouble la quiétude des lieux et n’est pas pour tous les goûts. Mais le reste est tb. Petit déjeuner un peu cher.

Food is good, personel is friendly. Room didn't have curtains. Good if you are traveling through.

The hotel was fine, but two problems. It is difficult to find at night - no signage. The basin in our room did not work properly and was smelly. The staff gave us a refund for this. Excellent food in the restaurant and helpful staff.

On arrival we found the advertised high speed internet was not available in our room so we went to ask to be moved. We were told the hotel was full and no other rooms were available. We eventually got moved to another room. On entering the room there was a very strong odour of stale smoke (but at least the internet worked!) We also noted the toilet smelled of urine and the room was not as clean as it should have been. Considering the cost of the room and they advertise themsleves as four stars we expected a lot better than we got and think that it is certainly over priced . The only good thing about the hotel was the lady in the dining room serving breakfast. All in all a very disappointing hotel, so much so that I will no longer book Best Western hotels.

Chauffage de la chambre en panne et nuit passée avec un radiateur d appoint. J aurais aimé un geste commercial compte tenu de ma situation plutôt inconfortable en cette saison.

- Nous n’avons pas été avertis de la fermeture du restaurant au moment de la réservation. - Le bar de la chambre ne contenait qu’une petite bouteille d’eau (offerte) pour 2 personnes. Nous ne risquions pas d’avoir d’extras à payer…
