My recent stay at Hilton Garden Inn Tyler was nothing short of a horrifying experience. On October 15 , a complete stranger entered our hotel room in the middle of the night (3 am), standing over our bed. This situation was extremely distressing, and we had no idea who this person was or what her intentions were.
Despite our immediate pleas for help, the hotel staff's response was shockingly inadequate. The intruder claimed that the hotel had taken her money, but the staff failed to address the situation promptly or effectively. We were left feeling vulnerable, violated, and terrified for our safety.
In addition to the distressing incident itself, the lack of appropriate security measures and the hotel's failure to ensure our safety during this incident were deeply disappointing. The entire experience has shattered our trust in the establishment and left us deeply dissatisfied.
