A very convenient location close to many popular sights and especially the Aura River. Helpful and friendly staff.

This is an excellent hotel! - I had to book somewhere to stay at short notice in Turku and I am really pleased that I chose this one. Staff- are brilliantly efficient, friendly and helpful. Breakfast - was excellent - do make time to enjoy a delicious breakfast with plenty of different options. Rooms - are lovely. Well maintained, clean and very comfortable, especially the bedding which is superb. If only all hotels that I stay in are like this - I would be very happy!

Marianna and Helnii are wonderful, helpful and so friendly. The property has just been renovated and is very clean and centrally located. There is convenient parking available very close to the hotel. The breakfast is very good with a good variety of dishes including a lot of vegetarian options. We highly recommend this hotel for your stay.

Nice hotel but they had some problems with AC so after 2 nights, I caught flu

Our room was comfortably sized and beautiful. Though the bathroom was modern and nice, the door was made up of a rolling gate mechanism so it did not shut completely and sounds came through as bed was right on the other side. Sauna was lovely and breakfast was good each morning. Staff at breakfast were good at clearing tables quickly. Tea options were limited though.

Turku was much better than first impressions gave, and the hotel was excellent, especially the hotel staff who were friendly and helpful, in particular Marie-Anna who went out of her way to make us feel welcome and at home.

Nice hotel. Good bed, good restaurant downstairs, excellent service all over. I had a excellent work trip, thanks to the personnel for making my work week more pleasant.
