房間水泥裝修，螞蟻多，浴室水流小沒有熱水，嘗試了5個相同房型的房間淋浴均沒有熱水，無奈最終退房了，不推薦國人入住。

服務好。性價比一般。

Pool was dirty elevator didn’t work and did not get the room we booked with the private pool.They gave the room to the wrong patron then would not refund the money. Also had to go up and down five flights of stairs with a broken elevator was the worst! Stay elsewhere.

Very very noisy, there is a bar next door with jacked up noise level till morning hours and some shady people hanging out at the same entrance with the hotel. We parked our car right in front of the hotel and they kicked the back door in, big damage and threw ice cream on the windshield at night time we were trying to sleep. There is a ***** club and karaoke with loudest sound system going on all night long across the street, till 5 am. You can’t sleep Hotel room was very cold, all unsealed concrete, deteriorating all over. What you see online is all either photoshopped or not showing the real status of the condition of the hotel. That is deceiving Very unfriendly staff, hardly speak English , not accommodating at all. We arrive at noon and they made us come back at 3pm Whole experience was bad Don’t believe the good reviews they have on their site, all BS. I have so many pictures of our experience

The hotel is nice but the location is terribles. The rooms were not clean and the small pool in the room was filthy, cigarette butts and string cheese wrappers on the floor and in the tub. It’s across the street from a ***** club and a ******* (not kidding or exaggerating). The ***** club sound system was obnoxiously loud. There are 2 other seedy bars next to the hotel. It felt very unsafe and a bit scary. They also had no secure parking lot. Cheap but not worth it.

Badest experience in Tulum. Bad costumer service. Main attraction - the rooftop pool was not accessible, no information in advance. When we asked for a partial refund the host lied and was very uncooperative. If you have another option: DON‘T BOOK NUÉE. Trust this and the other disappointed reviews. And yes - the music of the men clubs around let the walls shake.

The hotel is located between two *****e clubs with loud music from morning until late after midnight. The staff does not speak English and the hotel lacks several amenities compared to what’s stated on the website. The shower did not work properly and it took two attempts to fix it. The staff charged us for minibar even though we did not even open the minibar. Would not stay here again.

The area of the hotel was a little surprising. Its located in front of a mens club so it does get noisy weekends and nights.. Despite the location of the hotel the double room was so spacious and looked like the pictures shown. The bathroom however is quite small and the water pressure was so bad, hard to take a shower with water splashing everywhere. The balcony is quite small and facing the mens club so you dont really want to be out there.The rooftop garden was nice and you have a great view of tulum centro.

I had booked a last minute stay here, however when I received confirmation from ******* that my reservation was "complete", upon arirving to the hotel the reception said there was no room ready for me and to wait outside! I had 2 boys with me who were 9 and 8, not to mention a mens club right across that was very loud! this place is not in a nice area just an FYI! I did not feel safe so I left! now the Hotel refuses to process a refund! I was not going to "wait" outside with my children at 10pm in this area! please look elsewhere! do not risk your safety...
