Great stay. Had a few drinks before our fabulous dinner at Ruth’s Chris. Retired to our room for a marathon of Love Is Blind. Great night!

Requested 2 rooms that were adjoining and was told yes that is what we had with queen size beds. When we checked in rooms were not connected and the beds were full’s not queens. Called and spoke to member of staff who said she would move us and then manager got on the line and said there was no rooms to switch us too so me and my friends could be together. She was rude and unapologetic for the mishap and suggested if we weren’t happy that we should cancel our reservation. This after my friends and I traveled 2-4 hours and it was 7 pm. The Customer Service and willingness to accept any responsibility for the mess up was horrible. We spoke to another manager who was just as unwilling to help or apologize for the mess up. The staff for hotel were not friendly and I will not be returning to this property.

As far as a Vegas-style ****** resort in Oklahoma, this is 1 of the most comparable. Every staff member we had interactions with was amazing. They were so nice & really seemed to enjoy their jobs. The only 'complaint' was the water pressure in the shower - the front desk confirmed was the most common complaint they received. The room, resort, games, ******-floor restrooms, elevators were all immaculate & we would definitely stay again.

everything about this place is great.need more seating around bar areas so people can visit.Not everyone is there to gamble.

I cannot remember the last time i stayed in such a nice resort that had the absolute best staff ever. Stayed on the 21st floor facing the Arkansas River and the view was unreal. Highly recommend this resort.

Rooms are nice, the view is nice, and we had a lot of fun. Food at the ****** isn't that good but door dash is the answer.

Carpets and towels are very stained. And the room smelled like smoke. And the staff is very rude. There is no comp breakfast.

The property is huge! And everything was kept very clean. I was not aware that valet parking is included in the stay, and I would recommend using it. They do have a self park parking garage, but it is a two way, so you have people coming in and out with big trucks sticking out and people walking it was difficult to maneuver. Over all one of the better places I have stayed. Also if you want to eat at the Ruth Crist steakhouse make a reservation vs just walking in.
