Great location and proximity to downtown. Staff was super helpful and courteous! Room was modern and spacious.Hotel bar on site had live music - very chill and inviting a**osphere. Only con...an event/banquet room located directly below us with a DJ going for multiple hours. Luckily it stopped at 11pm, but it was hard to hear the TV through the noise.

Indigo is a very well kept property. It is clean and modern. The location is so convenient. You can easily walk to a lot of places. The staff was very friendly. I like that they offer a happy hour and live music in the lounge. The only con I had during my stay was the noise. I had a bay view room and the noise from the road was loud all night long. Next time I will try a city view room and hopefully that will help.

The staff was very friendly and very accomodating. Check in and check out was very easy and having the availablity to valet our car was good as there is no parking hardly at around there. So it was definitely worth it.

Clean, super comfortable beds, great a**osphere in the lobby. We loved our stay.

The location and staff were great. I building conditions were less that great. flooring in elevators was coming up, water was off in our room when we arrived, fire alarm system monitoring seemed to have not been working.

Pay for bottle water in room, tv & toilet did not work properly. Staff was very helpful & accommodating

Overall a great option in Traverse City. The hotel is updated, clean and the rooms were spacious. The beds were comfy and it was a great place to return after a day of shopping and dining. Lots and lots of shops, restaurants and bars are walkable from this hotel. We went during winter months but it’s also right by the water which I’m sure is great in the summer. My only negative comment would be the noise. It seems like the walls are pretty thin so we could hear a lot of what was going on around our room.

Staff was amazing as always. Valet, front desk, housekeeping...were super friendly and helpful. We will be back.

This hotel was super clean, and while we did not use many on the amenities the staff was super friendly and the property was super clean! It was very convenient that we could walk to Front St. for shopping and lots of dining options. If I had to find something that I did not like, it was just a bit noisy at night as you could hear the traffic and guests coming and going throughout the night. But overall I would highly recommend!
