Extremely disappointed. Hotel Loa , was lacking essential must have. - No save Box - No hot water - no bathroom vent fan, sewer Smell - no shower head - no night table/ no night light, no closet, - poor Wi-Fi - Located in a rough perilous neighborhood

the hotel rooms do not have a bedside table and a lamp near the bed, no closet, no safe box, no hot water, showers without a showerhead, poor wi-fi impossible to work from the hotel. the toilets have an unpleasant smell of plumbing and no odor extractor. It is difficult to get there because they do not have access to the main road and the unpleasant neighborhood, you can only go out by car. We were forced to leave a day earlier than planned. We were three couples in three double rooms from February 20 to 24.

Our stay was challenging. There is no internet connectivity, the hotel is also very noisy there’s music everywhere not relaxing at all more of a party hotel. The sheets in the rooms were full of stains with no hot water. The beach was full of multiple speakers at full blast as well as in the hotel.

The pool area on the ground were 5 Star. However, the rooms were tiny with no privacy and hard beds. The staff was great, but the food expensive and of average quality. The beach was clean, but looking over the port took away some appeal.

This hotel is still under construction. It is not that well designed. They have used reasonable quality building materials and fixtures and fittings but the quality of workmanship is poor. The food is mediocre at best. Service isn't great. My room lacked a shower and just had a tube sticking out of ceiling. For the premium charged over nearby hotels this hotel is not worth it.

La estadía fue demasiado buena, la atención espectacular, la comida deliciosa, las piscinas muy limpias y amplias... El acceso a la playa es hermoso, el hotel es moderno y muy muy bonito... Quedé enamorada.

Ideal para descansar -Ideal para Familias con niños pequeños, Buena comida, si quieres comprar, caminar no hay nada cerca ,hay que tomar mototaxi para ir a tolú $15.000 por trayecto, Buenas instalaciones, el personal le falta ser mas cálido, según la temporada en la que viajen si hay mar de leva la entrada y salida del hotel se complica ,hay que llegar caminado y salir caminando, pues al no haber acceso seguro para los carros pequeños nos dejan a unas 2 cuadras del hotel,!! considero que el personal puede ser mas empático con la situación a la hora de tomar el traslado de regreso y prestar un servicio hasta el punto donde recogen a las personas, teniendo en cuenta la situación del mar os niños, las personas adultas y las maletas y la hora en la que tenga previsto salir del hotel
