クォーツ ホテル & スパ(Quartz Hotel & Spa)

This is my second visit to the Quartz for medical tourism. The location is perfect in a nice part of town and the upper plaza has its own level connected to the New City Medical building and so medical offices are easily and safely accessible to guests. Pool and spa were well maintained and a beautiful garden is also out in the area. Within walking distance is a market and a ****** and little shops. Taxis are easy to find should you need. The rooms are exceptionally clean with comfortable robes and attention to details like lighting and temperature. The staff is pleasant and there is always someone who speaks English well enough to communicate. They are friendly and helpful. There is an upscale Spa and artist feel to the place. I will be back.

There’s only one thing I wish for it’s the escalators that are going outside of the building would be a little bit slower going down because of my age

Quartz hotel was easy to check in. Staff very polite and friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable, modern. Shower head not the best but water had good pressure. Breakfast was included, had some tasty chilaquiles my daughter had fruit and toast.

I appreciate it that it was very attractive and clean. The staff or very helpful and friendly.

Incredible experience! Loved every aspect of this hotel, from location, food, gym, room service, view from my room, exceptional staff and service over all! So much food variety around the hotel as well, this is a GEM! Book this hotel, you will thank me later!

The Quartz Hotel is a great place to stay in Tijuana. They are very attentive and have good customer service. Located near the us/mexico crossing line and a quick drive to Playas de Tijuana Rosarito and Valle.

Great service amazing breakfast and like that you can walk around the enclosed property at night

Nice hotel, however one dishonest employee ruined my stay. Ordered room service he brought the item said it 10 dollars or 200 pesos, did not have a receipt which i thought was weird. I gave him a 50 and he said he would slip the change under the door, not to bother me. Trusted him. Later found out he took an extra 10 for himself. So i complained to the room service and front desk that night, but they weren't very helpful. They just told me he had left and couldn't do anything, but wait until he comes back into work.

I've stated on the hotels that are worthwhile in Tijuana including Lucerna overpriced k Tower and Armenian heaven to Tiquan hotel. Quartz s by far the best and safest Restaurants are great too and the gym is fabulous. Very nice place for the money don't waste your time at the other places unless quartz is No vacancy. By the way it's a 10 minute drive to Central Tijuana it runs right across the border. Lots of medical office for plastic surgery that are located in the same complex
