I would never use trip.com ever again. Regardless of savings they can never repay me after the poor service I received from every representative from trip.com. I spoke with the hotel that was willing to work with me over a booking issue but trip.com would not and made me pay for a room I never even used

Our flight got cancelled from Toronto, the night we were suppose to stay at the Valhalla, We called the hotel at 7pm to tell them we would not be needing the room that night and the front desk clerk said we should contact trip.com because it wasn't our fault and usually the third party would refund the room. So I did exactly what she said and was told by your people not to expect a refund. So if you are asking me about your service, I probably would tell you that I would not use it in the future and would not recommend it to anyone. Phil McAllen

I booked a room over a week in advance, and paid for it. They did not have my selected room upon arrival and was put somewhere else; a conjoined room where the neighbor partied ALL hours of the night. Both of our room keys quit working so were locked out of our room, had front desk reset the key cards. No breakfast included which was surprising for the high room cost. Restaurant was excellent though highly priced. Convenience factor of location - beside airport; was nice after a long trip. I would book elsewhere for better service and amenities.

Hotel is a bit pricy for what u get. The room was nice. Bed was comfortable. The downside was the restaurant. Negative stars if possible. Un informed staff. Food was expensive and everything including coffe had to be sent ba k to be warmed up. 72 dollars for 2 clubhouse sandwiches a bowl of soup gravey and a coffee.

Stayed in pet room. Could see food under tv dresser from previous guest. The room on return visit was much better and cleaner. Restaurant at hotel was very good.

Stayed here many times. It’s been months and one of the two elevators still isn’t working. The rooms are nice and comfortable though. No VIP offers which is fairly typical of this hotel.

The room itself was all redone and clean but the outer hallway not so much..,,,only one of two elevators in the main lobby area was operational and the adjacent stairwell was closed off for renovations
