My family had a very good stay at this hotel. We had a bulk booking for around 30 people and the staff was very hospitable and sweet, the rooms were decent as well. The food at their restaurant was also good wherein the buffet was arranged really well by Mr Pravin. Mr Faizal was helpful and helped with a lot of last minute changes in rooms with ease. Early check in and late check out for my outstation guests were handled too.

Nice housekeeping services thanks for all staff to cooperate me rooms are neat and clean I was stay 2 days when I need some equipment I was called housekeeping within a minute I get the service so satisfied with this service and pully to all staff so I will come again stay here

The food is very tasty of this hotel. As well as the service is so fast to attend the customers. Family Room was big, bathroom was big and spacious. Water pressure was great and water heated up quite well. We mostly celebrate our all functions in this hotel. So we appreciate it

Mosquito in room. All staff including reception was below 25 age. They are not trained to understand customer problem and solution. Fridge was not working in room, cracked walls,towels was torns, bedsheet was dirty. I asked for change my room nobody bothered to address my issue . In lobby I was discussing office work with colleague has he was not allowed in the room. Reception people was talking so loudly that we were getting disturbed. Service pathetic. Nobody come to pick luggage when I reached hotel and when I was going going in my room.

Images are deceptive. Property is in a bad shape. Not maintained properly. Rooms look too old. Towels, bedsheets, room walls all appear aged. They donot provide dental kit and shaving kit even after charging a premium. Ac is aged too. You can either operate it at max speed or choose to turn it off. They donot have any defined guest visiting hours unlike other properties. They charge approx Rs 1100 per guest visit. They are keen to charge extra and just look for an opportunity to do so. I regret booking and staying at this property.

Awesome food and hospitality. Staff is super supportive and helpful. They had an Holi event organised by Mr.Krit kothari in their lawn which was super awesome with good food served hot,entertaining dj shiko and unlimited beverages and thandai.over all best experience.would love to visit again in future.

I recently been here in their Mezze 9 restaurant which serves some of the best delicacies and I absolutely loved those! We initiated with: Mezze Platter: It was the best falafel in platter which was so crisp from out and Yummazing from inside, Pita bread with 4 different dips in which 2 were Hummus Stuffed mushroom: Mushroom lovers must try this. It was stuffed with paneer stuffing topped with melted cheese. Paneer Chilly Garlic: This was the starters of the day for us, Paneer was super soft and tossed in garlicky sauce. In mainw: All american Sizzler: In case you love cheesy bites in sizzler then you must try this, A lot of exotic grilled vegetables with great portion of rice and cheese sauce with a big size Cheesy patty They have this amazing offer where You can call any drink on MRP with Unlimited chakna complimentary, such an amazing offer Overall staff and ambience were both really good and We had a great time!

All Reception employee was good & have a etiquettes how to concern with guest. Except staff name Faisal very rude guy no any etiquettes or ***ners how to talk with guest. VITS Shranam- Thane is close to new RTO. It’s the destination for comfortable stay close to business district of Mumbai & Thane. The stay is homely and comfortable. Pepper Fry by Kamats which is their in-house brand, offers scrumptious pure vegetarian food and drinks. They offer drinks at MRP, unbelievable but true. The food offered is at great wallet friendly prices. They have ample parking space in the lush green countryside environment. The staff is well ***nered and well trained under the able leadership of Mr. Fayaz. The services are quick and food is extremely fresh & delicious. Do drop in to create lifetime memories while in Mumbai.
