Breakfast provided at White Spot. Walkable to everything downtown. Very strange design withsplit level stairs and unsafe bannisters. Inner city neighborhood.

You get what you pay for - the rooms were big, but the cleaning was so-so (lots of dust behind furniture etc), none of the outlets worked properly for charging phones (thus why we were looking behind furniture), and apparently it's "policy" to only provide 2 complimentary breakfasts per day, even when your reservation was for your family of four. The whole reason we decided to go with this hotel was to save money; if we'd been expecting to pay for 2 additional breakfasts per day, we'd have booked somewhere nicer. (Note: the receptionist DID give us extra breakfast coupons, but made sure I knew it was as a favour, and that the policy was for 2 breakfasts per day only - I told her she should let her manager know that policy is not explicit anywhere during the reservation process.) Also, the TV service is very limited and you can't cast from a device to the TV so you're out of luck for streaming video unless you do so on your phone/iPad (not ideal if you want to watch a movie with the kids before bed). It's adequate, as far as lodging goes, but I'd probably stay somewhere else if I needed a hotel in the area in the future.

The room was decent and the beds were good. Not the newest but in good shape. Nice having the restaurant close

The reception staff is amazing. Very friendly, pleasant and helpful. The hotel infrastructure however is old and outdated. Lots of things in the rooms do not work. The best thing about the room is the very comfortable bed.

Though this is an older hotel our room was clean and modern. Comfy bed. Usually stay here when travelling to Terrace

Not a place to get rest when your worries about the people in the area junkies shooting up in parking lot - tv broke bugs in room and nothing to compensate for the stay I will never go back worst hotel ever stayed in

You can not change tv channels with out pointing the remote to the box behind the tv cabinet unit. Hense standing by the wall right at the tv. This is a Real pain I would highly suggest changing this.

Front desk was not familiar with Terrace could not answer any guestions where to find places for purchases.

Nice clean room, comfortable bed, quiet, good breakfast. Best bang for you buck. We will stay there again
