ベストウェスタン テラス イン(Best Western Terrace Inn)

This hotel has been a feature of Terrace for years and was always looked at at the hotel. Unfortunately with growth in the area especially LNG related there was a major growth in new hotel construction. So level of finish / new features beats the hotel. I am a BW members and try to stay at BW hotels. The price was spot on vs. the other hotels. If the prices had all been the same the choice may have been different.

The fan in room for Heat was too loud and n heat I slept with my coat and hat on it was so cold I told the staff before sleeping they came and checked but it was so loud I turned it off overal and it was so cold Instantly it’s January it’s freezing out already rooms should not be as cold as outside

Good stay and room for an old building. Friendly staff Comfy Bed Shower goes from hot to cold sometimes. Best internet with the. ethernet. No other hotel here includes it.

There was no tv remote, phone the front desk and the responded quickly. There was 2 bottles in the refrigerator but they were completely frozen

People talking in the hall throughout the night. Noisy fridge. On a positive note, the omlet for breakfast was delicious.

Firat time staying at this property, and while older, it was well maintained. Particularly appreciated the fresh omelettes for breakfast included in the stay.

A bit off the main streets but definitely close to downtown amenities of restaurants and shopping

Friendly and helpful staff, decent breakfast (the red delicious apples were definitely red, but I haven't had a delisious one in about two decades), large comfortable rooms, convenient location.

Staff very friendly & helpful but area very unsafe and our truck got broken into so we won't be staying there again.
