ハンプトン イン スタージス - ラグランジ エリア(Hampton Inn by Hilton Sturgis-Lagrange Area)

We travel through Sturgis regularly and stay at this Hampton because they have a breakfast and hot tub. We were disappointed that they cemented the hot tub in. Even more upsetting, is that the website pictures are not updated. To top that off while talking to the desk person, I told her we choose our hotels because a breakfast and relaxing in the hot tub after driving are important to us. She made no mention of the hot tub being gone. At least I peaked in to see how busy it was, before I put on my suit and went to go in.

I was told that orbitz and the Hotel had changed our reservation from Sat/Sun to Fri/Sat due to my moms funeral on Saturday. We got there and it had not been changed but luckily they had a room. Not good at all, especially after numerous phone calls and hours on the phone.

The beds are very outdated hard it was like laying on springs.not a good nights sleep. And the chlorine in the pool was outrageous you couldn't even swim in it you couldn't breathe.

Hotel was dated. Room smelled musty/smoky. Small, slow elevators. Very small breakfast areas. We almost always have good experiences at Hampton Inn - this was not.

The room bath/toilet area appeared worn/damaged and not up to your usual standards.....bath tub was nicked and marred, there was a sind wall unit that had been removed and not professionally finished....look really tacky

I cannot think of anything that I would think needs improvement. This hotel met all of my needs from excellent service to comfortable environment. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was fine but they lost power in the middle of the night 4am and not back up until 8am. Came downstairs around 5am and could not fine any hotel staff. I use a medical devise at night that needs power. When I checked out I still could not find an employee. I will never stay here again.

Property was convenient to our family gathering. Room had a musty odor but otherwise clean.

Great location for visiting Shipshewana. Quick check in and clean rooms. Pool was lovely and breakfast was plentiful. We would stay there again.
