The hotel premise is just mesmerizing. All the rooms are having Dal lake view from balcony. Hotel staffs are so nice and polite. Suraj from hotel staff served us most of the time during our breakfast and dinner and ensured we are fully comfortable. I would recommend this stay.

Overlooking the famous Dal Lake, and surrounded by mountains on the other sides, this property impresses from the moment you approach it via the scenic drive up the mountain. Few hotels have as beautiful surroundings as the Taj Vivanta. Have been to this property on numerous occasions , some just to enjoy their restaurants and the views! The rooms /suites are spacious and one should definitely opt for the ones with a view of the lake. The lawns are sprawling and well maintained. The service staff is attentive and professional. It is a little slice of heaven! There are a couple of security check points right before entering the premises of the property, Ample free parking is available, including parking spots with charging stations for electric cars. The food choices for the most part are above average but nothing to rave about. Enjoy the sun-rises and sun-sets in this little heaven on earth. Breathe the freshest of air , and feel the incredible serenity and natural beauty around in this place.

I will recommend must visit hotel of Kashmir if you are staying in Srinagar . The hotel view is very scenic at the height of Srinagar where you can admire the Dal lake from your Bedroom. Apart from the Hotel beauty Food quality is just incredible this is one of the Taj hotel where you will have delicious north India dishes.
