Surprising me because actually this property managed by Travelio, in which I always avoid to use (always very bad experience with Travelio during our past reservation). I know about this fact by the time I did check in (which is very complicated because I must download their apps, nobody pick up my phone for check in). Unfortunately cannot cancel the booking.
Arrived at property was very dirty (we did clean up the floor and small toiler by ourselves), kitchen sink is broken (they promise to fix it in day 2 but didn't happened until check out time), smell cigarettes in room, no towels until I asked for many times, broken chairs (one missing), no pillow covers.
I feel cheated by Trips.com because the apps hiding the fact about Travelio in the property information.
During our stay, it was not relaxing at all. I was busy with calling Travelio, or called by Trips.com and ended up with NOTHING SOLVED.
