My Husband and I stayed here again and just like the first time ir was a awesome stay. The staff is awesome and so nice...The breakfast was really good. Rooms are clean and smell so nice. Everything we go so Snyder that will be are number 1 stay. We will be back..

We arrived at 9pm exhausted after traveling all day. There was no one at the front desk. We called and the phone rang with no answer. After 20 minutes I young gentleman arrived to check us in. He was really friendly but it was still frustrating. If they don’t have more than one staff member available they should consider kiosk check in. The hotel room walls were very dingy and there was a musty odor. Beds were ok. Bathroom was clean and wonderful hot shower. Overall it was ok but not Marriott quality.

We pulled in around 10pm for a one night stay. Justin at the front desk had just finished mopping. The lobby was very clean and inviting. Our check-in was seamless, he was very polite and thorough. Our room and bathroom was spotless. The bed was very comfortable with duvets. (This is lovely because all the bedding can be washed now between guests. As compared to some affordable hotels that still use comforters.) The bathroom is somewhat remodeled with new wallpaper/shower walls. It’s bright and clean. I could hear the people in the room next to me but only until about midnight. I just went downstairs at 6:15am for pretty good coffee and the complimentary breakfast looks great. They even have fresh hot biscuits. At $104/night, this place is awesome!

They overbooked and when we arrived, there was no room. We had not received a call from them letting us know we would need to find another room elsewhere in town late at night.

Staff were really friendly. Easy check in greeted us every time we left or came back . Would definitely stay there again

The person on duty at the checkin desk was more than qualified. She was prompt, pleasant, and very helpful.

The hotel was very clean with the exception of the pool. The water was dirty and had a greenish hue

Wait for 20 minutes to check in . Then the white lady tild me my id wasn’t valid. Then when we were going to the pool it was all green and dirty . So we didn’t even get in.

We had to wait 20 minutes for our room to be cleaned when we checked in at 10pm. They were short employees.
