ポコ ディアブロ リゾート(Poco Diablo Resort)

The room was terrible "Room without a view, enclosed, resembling a dungeon or jail, without ventilation, with artificial lighting. The hotel lacked a bellboy, the toilet paper was terrible, the bathroom very small, and the sheets and bedding were not of good quality. Room service never arrived."

My stay in the Poco Diablo was not what I wanted. I tried to upgrade and they didn’t given options only that the hotel was sold out. I really wanted canceling the room I moved to another hotel but they didn’t had that option. Extremely disappointed 👎👎👎👎👎 That happened in the front desk

We had a wonderful time here. The room was spacious and clean. It is an older model, but was updated--the gas fireplace was a nice surprise! Staff was courteous and helpful.

Everything was great! If anything, the only inconvenience my husband and I had was that the guests staying next to our toom were too loud and someone left wine cups outside our door.

The room was clean and spacious. The views were great. The bar was good and bartender made us whatever we wanted and the drinks were good. I liked that it was away from the main area and closer to hiking trails.

It was ok. Booked trip for my boyfriend’s bday and it didn’t meet the expectations at all for being a “resort”. There was left over hair in the bathroom from previous guest and the comforter/sheets were disgusting so I slept without them. Honestly not the best trip to Sedona with this hotel. Such a bummer.

I was terribly disappointed. I was given the worst room on the property in a dark hall across from the ice and soda machine. The property is old and the rooms even older. The toilets are designed for midgets and things just go down hill from there.

Overall the resort is nice, but the standard king room we stayed in was in an outdated building, and honestly was a bit disappointing. The rest of the resort and room looked relatively new, the grounds were gorgeous to walk, and the pool was lovely to lounge by. Thankfully I booked on a discount so we made the best of it, but I would not have been happy to pay full price for the standard king. Hopefully they update that building soon.

I don’t think I’ll ever stay at a “resort” again. I paid a resort fee and didn’t use any of the facilities except an old washer and dryer that I had to pay for. My room was 100.00 a night, but my final bill was almost 400.00.
