房間整潔衞生，也很大，設施很好，早餐也很豐盛👍

The room had the things that I like to have. Fridge. Microwave. Coffee maker. Even a sound machine! Comfy bed. Buffet breakfast. I would definitely come back!

Check in was smooth and the room was nice. I thought the towels were awesome (not like the ring ones I'm used to). Also breakfast had nice variety, everything was clean, and staff was helpful.

Few items needed attention, but over all, just wjat we needed, clean, fairly priced, excellent location for us. Staff was friendly and helpful

We loved this property. It was clean, quiet, and convenient to downtown Saratoga Springs. We would stay here again.

The property was nice the room was nice. I’m not a fan of the kiosk check in even though the woman on the other side of the screen was nice. It was like checking in to a virtual hotel. Almost nobody in the lobby. It was empty and strange and impersonal.

Room was beautiful & clean, bed very comfortable, great room amenities, breakfast was really good. Only 2 things I didn't like. The virtual check-in was a real pain; camera didn't work well, had a hard time identifying me, attendant on virtual spoke softly & with an accent. I kept having to ask him to repeat himself. Last thing I needed after driving 200 miles. The only other objection was the water was only tepid, at best. Did not appreciate a barely, warm shower!

Jess the general manager was amazing. She couldn't do enough to make sure everything was to standard even fixing a light herself. The hotel itself was really nice. Would definitely stay there again.

Probably the nicest Choice Hotel I've ever stayed at. All of the staff, including the laundry and cleaners, as well as the remote front desk kiosk staff (there to help when front desk staff were otherwise occupied) were terrific. And Chef Sheila was amazing! It's a tiny kitchen and bar, but she was so friendly & hospitable, even when also helping out with a key issue on the night shift. I had a flatbread pizza and salad which were both awesome, and I had enough for dinner the next night. I enjoyed my stay so much that I extended it by one night. Yes, it's an older hotel, so you could hear people in the hall and footsteps above us, but the facilities were in excellent shape, and everything was spotless. Hats off to the staff and management of this hotel!
