This was our second stay at the Inn and it hasn't changed......it's still wonderful, so convenient and a perfect place to stay in the area! Each room is clean and well appointed with fluffy towels and very large too. The breakfasts are so good, and the early evening wine and hors d'oeuvres plus music get the evening started just right. Everyone is so nice and welcoming.

Our stay at ForFriends Inn was wonderful. The Owner Dave is truly a Renaissance Man. His vision of the Inn, the accommodations, and his wonderful personality brings us back time and time again. The personal attention and the friendly accommodating staff are wonderful. There is a beautiful wine hour and if you are lucky live music by Dave himself who is an excellent guitarist. The morning breakfast ( a beautiful picnic basket with Mimosas, coffee pastry’s and more ) can be taken in the Inn or in your room is a wonderful way to start your day. The location is walking distance to several excellent restaurants. We have book another stay and look forward to returning.

We love ForFriends Inn and have stayed here several times when visiting Santa Ynez. From the moment you arrive you are treated like a special friend. In the morning you will enjoy a lovely, homemade breakfast and at the end of the day return to wine and charcuterie on the beautiful relaxing porch on the Inn. Wonderful beds, robes and the softest towels make you feel pampered during your stay. Dave, the proprieter and his wonderful staff cater to your every need to make your stay comfortable and oh so memorable. ForFriends Inn is definitely one the friendliest places we have ever stayed and we hope you will consider them on your next trip to Santa Ynez wine country. Donna C.

We are returning guests of ForFriends Inn and we've been there almost a dozen times. We love it so much and it is our happy place away from home. Dave Pollock and the staff are always warm and friendly and the rooms and environment are so cozy and comfortable. We brought another couple with us this time and they loved it too. It is the best "getaway" place in the Santa Ynez Valley in our humble opinion. Breakfast was delicious as well as the fresh baked cookies in our room. All the special touches make this home away from home.

What a wonderful couple of days. We stayed in the Faraday(green door)cottage. It is beautiful, spacious with the most comfortable bed. Each day started with a delicious breakfast and ended with wine, appetizers and music with Dave on the gorgeous porch. Dave is wonderful and arranged a tasting for us with Artiste...we had been waiting to try them. It was such a great experience! We do not stay anywhere else when visuting.

Be sure to check this place out if you are in town for business. They offer fantastic accommodations and exceptional service. I loved being able to start my day off with freshly prepared breakfast, and the opportunity to unwind each evening while meeting new people. Plus, Dave is one awesome guitar player and singer.

11 out of 10. Amazing accommodations and staff!!!!!! Super clean. The food was amazing. The staff was very friendly. The wine happy hour can't be beat. We were lucky to experience live music. We will definitely be back with the entire family.

A great location in a fun area. Room options are good, staff is very friendly and helpful. Also the included breakfast is great and they are flexible if you need to leave a little early. Highly recommend! Lots of local wineries including boutique if you’re interested!

Dave and his staff always present a wonderful experience...from checking in to the morning breakfast and the evening happy hour it is always first rate! Rooms are large and very comfy with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Great location to stroll around the town of Santa Ynez or drive through the SY Valley tasting wine and seeing the sites...always plenty to do...enjoy the stay!
