I stayed here this past March and the hotel has been unprofessional in cooperating with billing issues. When I decided to change rooms, I was assured by the front desk that only the days that I stayed for our previous reservation would be charged, while the rest would be refunded. This refund has still not gone through.
For our second billing issue, we had made an accidental double booking and were looking for a refund for one of them. When talking with the hotel directly, as well as our travel agent, the hotel kept dismissing the subject and attempted to focus on other non-related matters.
I have not received a refund on my card which amounts to close to $900. What a nightmare.
