Wow loved staying here, so peaceful and relaxing beautiful grounds and views. Very friendly efficient service The room was luxury, when you go away you want it to be better than home and this did not disappoint there was nothing I would change. We had a meal on site fantastic food and service, every element of the food was packed with flavour worth every Penny. Thank you Janet, Perkin and team will definitely be returning

Second visit to Crug Las after an interval of 10 years . My wife and l both chose the Sewin off the “ Specials “ menu and special it was. My favourite fish was cooked perfectly and served in an amazing source with brilliant accompaniments. We won’t leave it another 10 years to visit again.

Had an extremely good overnight stay here recently. The room was comfortable and beautifully furnished. The food was excellent, tasty and well presented. The staff were attentive and knowledgeable, special mention for Beth. I would thoroughly recommend for a special occasion.

A fantastic venue; superb customer service and the food was sublime. A great Xmas party to get the season underway and Sandra & her team were welcoming & helpful from the time we arrived, to the time we left. Highly recommend Crug Glas as a venue for all occasions.

From the moment we stepped foot into Crug Glas we knew this was to be our venue for the most important and exciting day of our lives! The blank canvas of the cow shed allows you to magically transform your day into anything that you want it to be! You can let your imagination run wild as you have ample space to create and enjoy. We had such fun making our dreams come to life! Although it is a former cow shed different areas have been made to create intimacy. The cosy sofa area and the bar area are ideal for family who wish to step back from the evening entertainment. The walled garden area is perfect for your champagne and canapés, we also had a singer outside to greet our guests as they arrived, then by night the fire pit was lit and the candles and lights switched on to create a magical atmosphere. If you’re looking to impress your overnight guests the rooms at Crug Glas are pure luxury. You need to see these with your own eyes to appreciate the quality and thoughtfulness that has gone into creating each of these wonderful rooms. I believe Janet herself created these! If you’re not sure who will do your hair and makeup for your big day then, if required, they have this covered too as Nigel Barnes is located at Crug Glas. Nigel has travelled the world making people look pretty and has featured on the front cover of Vogue numerous times. He has an impressive portfolio and made us all feel a million dollars on my big day! The wedding coordinator, for me, is very important as they can either make or break your big day! From the first day I met Sandra I had no doubt in my mind she would ensure our day went perfectly to plan and exactly how we wanted it, Which it did. It was perfect! Sandra goes above and beyond, always with a smile on her face and nothing is to much bother! She oversees everything on your big day and makes sure the bride and groom are well cared for. As soon as we got out of the carriage she was there waiting for us with glasses of Prosecco and canapés! Making sure you are well fed and watered is one of her top priorities! They say one of the top things guest’s remember about your wedding is the food. I can honestly say the food at Crug Glas is outstanding! We had so many wonderful comments from our guests regarding the food and how generous the portions are. The table service was impressive to watch. The waiters and waitresses appeared and performed like a military operation. Also, at how many wedding venues do you get one of the owners serve you at top table? What a special touch! Perkin - thank you , you were wonderful throughout the whole two days and got the thatchers haze order spot on! 😆 Janet, although she keeps a low profile, we know was working hard behind the scenes, helping in the kitchen, creating fabulous deserts, and overseeing everything. She made us homemade lasagna for our Sunday after wedding celebrations and she creates wonderful homemade recipes. I could go on and on about how fan

I’ve been to Crug Glas for several separate occasions, from large events to small private functions, and I’ve always been incredibly impressed with their adaptability. The last time I went was for a Valentines meal with my partner, and we had the loveliest evening thanks to the staff. We arrived and were shown into the cosy bar area where a perfect cocktail was made to our preference by the bar attendant, who made us feel very welcome and at home. We were then taken through for dinner, which was served in the main house in a small intimate dining room. The menu and food was well thought out and presented, and needless to say, absolutely delicious. It has quickly become a favourite of ours, we’ve always had the best of experiences at Crug Glas and I couldn’t recommend it more - in short, its a high class dining experience in a relaxed and homey atmosphere. For me that is the perfect combination!

This is a really lovely place to eat. The building itself is full of charm and homeliness and it is tastefully appointed. It is very warm and humid currently so the very cool and basement bar and room were very welcome. The staff are excellent. They are kind, welcoming and very thoughtful. The food was top notch, and our meals accompanied by a lovely bottle of white burgundy (the wine list is to a very good standard) were just fantastic. We can thoroughly recommend this hidden blue gem in the St Davids countryside with the highest of praise.

Outstanding food. The waitress was really nice, friendly and attentive. It’s a beautiful place and in my top 5 places to eat. Highly recommend the sticky toffee pudding the waitress also said it was a favourite of hers too.

This was our second visit and is was just an enjoyable as our first, if not better. The Crug Glas has all the little extras and fine details you would expect from a 5 star country house hotel whilst at the same time being very welcoming and unpretentious. Our bedroom and huge bathroom were very comfortable and well equipped, and were wonderfully quiet and peaceful. The dinner was exceptionally good and the breakfast was delicious. However the most praise should go to the staff who, from the minute you arrive, make you feel so welcome and special, and nothing is too much trouble. It is such joy to stay at the Crug Glas we hope to return there very soon.
