Beautiful property, very well kept. Food at the bar was superb. The room had a balcony looking out to the decorared streets. It's close enough to everything without having to deal with the crowds. Valet attendants very courteous and quick to help and answer questions Front desk personnel could use better training, clerk checking us in was rude and not very helpful had to ask the other younger clerk to assist us with directions and tickets to the attractions. Same at check out lady at the front desk was flustered and in a bad mood but overall it was a good experience

Hotel was not clean. Requests were never granted. Was overcharged for my stay & charged for 3 days of parking even though I never parked on hotel property. I’m still fighting for my refund. At this point my stay has been ruined & I will never return…

This was our first stay here and we were very impressed with how clean the hotel was! It is a beautiful hotel and all employees were very friendly. I will stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

The hotel is lovely and the festive Christmas decorations and lights amazing. No negative feedback to give!

Hotel was centrally located to all activities and was extremely clean! Looked great and modern inside with classic St. Augustine look on the outside. Only downside was that the walls must be extremely thin however, because ended up waking early each day as we heard noise from bathrooms and doors closing as well as people talking from neighboring rooms and down the hall.

You would never know how old the building was from the inside. Excellent job of renovation!

It was nice. The valet guy when we checked in was so nice and helpful. Lunch at the hotel’s restaurant was yummy! The pool was not heated…. The kids were ok but way too chilly for me! The bathroom is nice and spacious but the wall is snot solid so there is no way to use the restroom at night with lighting up the entire room. They need a black out curtain for the bathroom. Overall nice stay!

I really liked its location, easy walking to a lot of unique shops and restaurants. The room was great , but we were concerned about the slippery floor tile in the shower. Loved the shampoo, conditioner and bar soap from AVEDA.

Amazing hotel! Everything is new and clean, restaurant on the other hand, stay away!
