Hotel staff and stay were nice, room didn’t have any usb chargers, I found that odd, but overall stay was good

It was where I have stayed before. Like the location compared to my destination tomorrow

What a perfect little find especially for the concert we went to … love shuttle to and from , and the front desk person/ bartender was great!!!! Cannot recall their name but was from Springfield Mo I recall. Very personable!!! We will stay again

The hotel was a 6/10, the floors weren’t as clean and the countertop for the bathroom was dirty. I don’t know if it was the bed, but i woke up with my back feeling tight every morning. Other than that, overall a 6. The location was great, the staff was helpful and friendly.

The rooms were very spacious and quiet. Small (too small) workout area. Plenty of available parking close to doors.

I’m being honest here, I’m not trying to be funny. But the rooms have round toilets, not the oval ones and I’m not a big guy but I still had trouble with the round toilet. And anyone with some extensive experience with toilets understands that round toilets don’t give you enough front for your junk and enough rear for you to put your hand back there and do some cleaning activities. It’s just terrible flash the toilet my junk gets wet so other than that I think the hotel is great but I wish they’d invest a few hundred dollars in every toilet and get them all changed out. This was one of the best experiences I’ve had staying at a longer term stay oriented hotel. The staff were always friendly and helpful, and there was ALWAYS someone at or around the front desk capable and willing to help with any issues. When I booked my stay this property had rates much lower than that of the lower tier long term stay places in the area (seriously, $140 a night at an Extended Stay America I’ve stayed at before for $38/night…) no idea what was going on in the area when I booked to cause that much of a jump for other hotels, but it made choosing this one a very attractive option. The staff were also very accommodating and helpful when I arrived, as unexpected car trouble stranded me halfway there for an extra 3 days in total past my initial check-in day. A simple phone call to the front desk and they checked me in far enough in their process that it ensured my room and stay wouldn’t be cancelled for not being able to show up on check-in day. Could not recommend this hotel more for anyone heading to the northwest Arkansas area.

This place was wonderful! Staff were always friendly anytime of the day, we were always greeted with a smile every time we came in. The rooms are spacious and clean. Convenient to shopping and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

The staff is very friendly, rooms are clean and nice, and the property is very quiet.
