Reception not in ground floor lobby, but on second floor. "Front door" not readily evident. Parking available according to Website, it is in adjacent parking ramp and a separate fee. Room spacious, well appointed with many electrical outlets, TV, telephone, couch, small but adequate closet. Bathroom, nicely lighted, very functional shower, toiletry amenities, good towels and cloths. Window view over parking ramp and city in distance.

Medical appts at Mayo. I actually love the location on the skyway and gives me some walking opportunities to appointments. Free parking for Mayo patients is great! The cleanliness was superb except for the area rug in the bedroom that appeared somewhat dirty with light stains. The temperature in the one Queen room next to the elevator was difficult to regulate evenly.

Hotel Indigo is very convenient for travels who are traveling to the Mayo Clinic. It is connecting the Sky Walk which leads you passed food courts and shopping. One great thing is it wasn’t cold. We are traveling from Florida and not used to this type of cold, so this was super convenient for us. Also, if you need transportation to and from hotel use Uber, we used a shuttle service and it was quite expensive. We will be staying here again! The new room was spacious, clean and up to date and the bed was comfortable.

Odd hotel. You can hear your neighbors. The rooms are small with no counter to work. No real restaurant for coffee tea or quick breakfast

The employee had great hospitality when checking in. Sunday morning, the water pipe bursted but when called down to the front desk the employees was very nice. I would still like a refund since no one could get ready and shower to get ready for a business conference that we had.

Convenient location close to Mayo Clinic. I really appreciate the shuttle service. It is very nice to have a restaurant in the building too. Clean and well maintained property.

Convenient to Mayo clinic, with Crave restaurant and subway walking, great when it's below zero temps

If you like high end decorating than this place is for you. Me, I’d rather have a hot breakfast and a nicer gym room and less expensive dining within walking distance.

For the price I’d think you wouldn’t have to ask for clean towels and wash cloths. Or to get the room made up in 5 days
