Bonne hotel

Bedrooms are ok. Cleanliness could be improved especially in the bathroom (toothpaste on the wall behind sink. Sound insulation is not great and there was a very noisy group on the floor above. Staff were very helpful in managing the situation though.

The silicone seal around the bathtub is gruesome (moldy & slime) & missing in lots of places around tub

Ac unit is making more noice then a truck. White wine left inside the fridge. Never seen an hotel where the person at the entrance has to collect the garbage at the dinning area. Overall, i saw some beautiful pictures that dosent reflect what i seen there on the spot. WIll choose another hotel next time.

Firts day.. on towel missing ok that happens Second day one bed of the two made and 2 towels missings. When to tell them and they gave me two towel and noted the bed bot made Day tree room not even made . No towel. In the morning when to talk to the manager. He said that if i whanted the room to be made i needed to put the sign on the knob of the door like the do not disturb sign. Thats weird i said nobody told me that and why half the room was made. He said that the owner is gomna call me. But guest what no im sorry and nobody caled me.

Very cheap, the bathroom door didn't close. The receptionist took it as a note but nothing happened afterwards. Very disappointed taking in consideration the price.

Seemed like the cleaning lady was in a rush and didnt thoroughly clean the room. Soiled duvet covers, dirt in the sheets, and no towels in restroom. We asked if there was another room and the lady working up front was nice enough to give us another room but it was the same as our first room with the addition of 6 or 7 large flys. I usually like this brand of hotel but dont think ill be staying at this particular one anytime soon.

No hot water on arrival Card machine to pay didn’t work Door cards didn’t work TV control didn’t work No house keeping Breakfast totally depleted by large party, nothing replaced

Good price & breakfest perfect but the bathroom was dirty.
