SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Roanoke Rapids I 95

We were traveling and wanted a place to rest for the night. The hotel was conveniently located off a major road, was clean and just what we needed.

No problem about the stay the junior sweet was spacious but the towels was kind a smell to it but to tired to complain.

I take it back my last comments about the towels since then approved a lot about cleanliness.

Window, microwave screen, TV screen smeared w/oily rag. Mold on ac vent and shower curtain, Ice mach 2nd floor broken. Live roaches bathroom sink. Coffee/Tea machine broken.

Terrible cleanliness. Live Cockroach found in shower. Staff wasn’t accommodating when we told them. Staff gave my children dirty looks for being loud in dining area at breakfast.

The hotel was dirty and in need of major repair. The carpet was ripped, the threshold was broken, the dresser was held together with tape, and parts of the ceiling was falling down. The hotel smelled like cleaning products but our sheets were badly stained. I brought these concerns to the front desk and I was blown off.

The facility is in the process of being updated but this does not inconvenience access to the facility. All of the staff was friendly, helpful and professional. Would stay here again.

The rooms were clean and out bathroom was cleaned as best as possible. There was alot of renovations going on, but the hotel did their best to keep their halls clean. The staff were friendly and helpful with checking in and with getting fresh towels.

Room was nice and clean. Staff was pleasant. Quiet & reasonably priced.
