our stay was amazing. Check in was quick and the man at the front desk was very kind to us. We made use of his heated pool which was incredible, he has a whirlpool and the place was heated. We also tried the delicacies of the Pub, Larrie treated us very well, her food is delicious and they really make you feel at home. To my surprise they also had vegan food, delicious. I hope one day I can return! We only stopped for one night on the way to Monument Valley. I definitely recommend this hotel. our room was super clean and smelled great. the heating, our room was King and larger than the common hotel rooms, the bathroom and everything was perfect. 10/10

I always stay here when im n the area. Kristie provides exceptional customer service & the rest of the staff. Housekeeping staff very nice helpful and provide clean rooms. Thank you Grand River Vista for providing consistent excellent customer service 👏

I always enjoy staying at the Grand Vista and also the Grand River in Parachute. I am a frequent visitor to both of these sister hotels — perhaps 2-3 days every six weeks. Sometimes I need to get away from the hustle of Aspen and the Roaring Fork Valley to work and organize and collect my thoughts in a quiet setting. Vanessa the GM at the Vista does an excellent job of keeping the facility clean and accommodating the guests. The new manager at the River also is very pleasant and ensures a high-quality experience for the customers. The wi-fi signal at both properties is always strong and consistent, allowing me to do my work. The hot tub at both hotels is usually operable. Kudos to both of these sister hotels in Parachute, Colorado!

There was a 34$ animal charge i didnt expect there was nothing about it on their website or ******* when i booked the room and no one answers when we called multiple times to ask about animals so that kinda ******. Its 14$ to park which was fine, everything else was great!

I was charged for a stay through ******* at this hotel, when I did not stay there! It was not on my ******* reservation list and I made another reservation, in Parachute CO for the same night and stayed there and ******* agreed that this hotel was not on their list of my reservations... but this hotel took money from my credit card and refused to give it back! ******* did call them and tried to get them to return my money, but that was it, basically, 'sorry we tried.' Really horrible customer service my ******* and the Grand Vista Hotel, Parachute CO. Obviously this was an ******* reservation system problem... that has changed recently. I've stayed in this hotel in the past, and did not have a problem, but... taking money for a stay that did not happen AND charging for 2 nights !! because they said, I did not check out... when I was not in the hotel, that was mostly unoccupied anyway... well that is stealing correct? I suggest that everyone make reservations directly when you have time to do so.

THe bed was like throwing a blanket out in the parking lot. $12.00 per night to park in the parking lot. Really. $14.95 for a contenental breakfast. WOW

Staff was absolutely fantastic. Julie and Lorrie are so friendly and helpful. The front lobby looked like we had stepped into a Chris**as Hallmark movie. Our entire experience was very personable and welcoming. For a small town in the middle of the mountains, they exceeded expectations.

The area around was clean and it was conveniently off the freeway and next to a gas stations. The price wasn't bad but I've never been told i had to pay for parking when I've stayed at hotel. They serve breakfast but its an extra $15.50 for adults. It was clean but i wouldn't stay again

Everything at this hotel was great, except for having to pay for parking. If it was in a big city was limited space I could understand, but at this location in a small town with ample spots to park, charging a fee to park your car is ridiculous!
