Four Points by Sheraton Raleigh Arena

It was our wedding night and the room that we booked at first was a king size bedroom and the hotel is super nice that got us upgraded to stay in a suite. The room is super clean and spacious, they also got coffee and tea in hotel lobby, it’s one of the best hotels I ve ever stayed, super recommended!!!

Fantastic experience, great accommodations and easy walking access to neighboring PNC Arena venue. Great staff, clean and spacious rooms. Priced very affordably.

Love this property for hockey games at PNC Arena! Easy walk and nice rest stop after game! Even has a bar.

Staff was helpful and we had no issues with our room. The location is incredibly convenient to PNC Arena; an easy walk over to see a Hurricanes game.

Check in was easy. The room was large and clean. Two issues: the water in the bathroom sink came out in a trickle. I told the desk about it the morning after checking but it still was not fixed by checkout the following day. The room was not made up or fresh towels provided. Maybe I missed something, but I didn't see anything to indicate the service was not provided. I didn't get back to the room until 11:30 PM so not much I could do at that time. The fitness center was adequate but one of the treadmills had a bad belt with a pronounced vibration.

Perfect location and a beautiful hotel. Felt like I was in a ski resort, actually. Super friendly staff who remembered several regulars it seemed. Had an issue with the tv not working but a call down to the front desk and a call back had it working within 20 minutes. View outside the windows were gorgeous with incredible black-out shades. We almost slept the whole day away. Room was so spacious it could’ve used better lighting but other than that I can see why folks come back - especially for Carolina Hurricanes hockey games!

I really enjoyed this hotel. It was cute, comfy and very quiet. The housekeeping staff was very sweet and all request were fulfilled.

Location location location....within a 10 min walk to either the PNC or Carter-Finley.

The hotel is located across the street from the PNC arena, we walked to the arena for a concert. And the next day we went to lunch and did some shopping at a near by mall like 10 minutes from the hotel. The Breakfast Buffet was not free we had to pay $11 it was decent.
