I was stayed in this hotel with my wife,room 103,room so dirty, toilet not clean stink,ac not working, bedsheet dirty.manager Mr Surendra not good person,he was not listen my problem, simply ignore me.and housekeeping manager also arguing with me.its unprofessional staff and manager.

Overall it was a great experience staying at heritage khirasara for there days. The location is on hill top. Hospitality of staff is great. Food was good , rooms are well,service of hospitality nice, all are pulite. Thanks to all team member..

My family has one of the nicest experience while our stay. One of the comfiest place I have stayed at heritage khirasara. Fantastic ambience, great authentic food and awesome people & staff. The property has been designed with great heritage attention to detail. Not a single thing out of place. The staff took great care of every need. Wold definitely like to visit again if the opportunity arises.

Due to sudden demise of the Owner in a road accident this property is being run by salaried staff. Who are trying to make merry at the cost of visitors faith on the legacy of this Heritage property. Rooms are okay. Be exceptionally careful while eating ...

I was there with short family stay for a break after a long. I enjoyed every minute over there as property is so beautiful and offers a variety range of services to make you comfortable. Rooms are designed on heritage theme which is eye soothig.Food is delicious and has some quality.Special Thanks to the Manager Mr. Surendra.

Good hotel, clean and beautiful, but coordination among staff can be improved. Our stay was nice. The staff were very courteous and there were good dining options. Our recommendation would be to improve the check-in process as the reception / room service were having to play catch up on deciding our rooms, providing basic amenities (they were confused whether we had been provided those at all), bouncing us between room service and reception to address issues, arranging cab at the requested time etc. Nonetheless, besides those initial glitches, the stay was memorable. We'd recommend staying at the hotel.

The place khirasara is really a beautiful place to spend time for couple and also for families.the service in all departments are absolutely great. And we were enjoying the delesious Punjabi and gujrati foods .Rooms are very specious and also nicely decorated. And The swimming pool was very enjoyable place for bath and also for birthday celebrations. Thanks to khirasara palace for giving me this type of uniq feelings.

I felt that I was staying in my own palace. The staff is so very friendly and just goes out of their way to pamper you. Your wish is their command. This is probably the best hotel in Gujarat. The food was delicious. Specially traditional Kathiyawad food was awesome.

We came by after lunch to have a look around the grounds. We were able to drive to the entrance, and then the valet took the car down to be parked. You are able to come here if you get something from the cafe inside. We had a short walk around the grounds, and it was quite calm and peaceful. It looks like it is set up as a hotel, but it is a bit far from town, so it would be hard to get here without a vehicle. We then decided to rest a bit in the cafe. The menu is online through a QR code on the table. We did plan on getting dessert, but there weren't many options, so we decided on drinks instead. I had the watermelon mojito, and that was quite refreshing. It did take a while for the drink to be made though. After the rest, we walked around some more and found the pool area. The area looked very nice and inviting but did look like it wasn't for use at the time. It did look like you were also able to head up the stairs, but we didn't have time since we were on the way to the airport. It was a really nice place to look around and spend an afternoon. I would think that it would also be a nice place for a short getaway too.
