ザ アトリウム ホテル オン サード(The Atrium Hotel on Third)

It was New Years Eve but very quiet. We were greeted kindly upon arrival, the room was clean and beds comfortable. The free breakfast was good with bagels with spreads, cold cereal, juice, yogurt, apples, fruit/nut bars and muffins and microwave sausage egg biscuit sandwiches. Plenty of hot coffee. The staff were very friendly and helptul.

We needed an overnight stay for a family event, and The Atrium fit the bill for us. It's not in the "nicest" part of town, but is right next to a performing arts center, and is mere blocks away from many cafe and restaurants in the downtown area. Beds were comfortable, the room was clean, and the atrium area itself was spacious and welcoming.

We only stayed one night while passing through. Perfect for what we needed. The hotel rooms are pretty outdated, but felt mostly clean and comfortable. We travel this way once a year and would stay again

The property was easy to get to and had a good dining option accross the street that we could walk to. The hotel was clean

First time staying here. Property showing it's age, room was clean, but carpet in room was stained to the point it needs to be replaced. Towels average, disappointed that Dial brand (the cheapest in my opinion) was the available soap, shampoo, etc in room. Couldn't turn air/heat fan completely off in my room. Ice machine on my floor wasn't working until I turned it on (!). Refrigerator in room kept my drinks nice and cold. Water pressure was adequate on 4th floor. Front desk employees friendly. Nice to have an enclosed Atrium to visit with friends instead of in room. Ate at hotel restaurant, food was good, but you could tell they were short-staffed. Didn't eat grab and go breakfast....looked like bagels, muffins, cereal, yogurt. With the pros and and as many cons I gave an average rating. I would stay here again for the convenient location, in house restaurant, nice staff, and price.

Excellent welcome and service from front desk staff. Atrium facing rooms are noisy until around midnight.

Part of the reason we chose to stay here was that you had a nice pool for our younger kids…however, the pool was so cold…they tried to tough it out bc they wanted to swim so badly, but their lips were blue. We will be jn Quincy for the next several years for volleyball tourneys, but will likely look elsewhere for a hotel

Had a nice time. Quiet room. Hard to find these days. Really, the only thing about our stay that was below par was the breakfast! It was basically nonexistent! We left and went to Panera bread!

Loved it. Big beautiful hotel, nice center pool and outdoor patio. Lots of seating cor visiting and having cocktails. Fantastic Italian Restaurant called Napoli’s inside the hotel. Breakfast was grab n go bagels, yogurt, fruit. Room overlooked the pool, spacious, clean & comfy
