酒店位置不錯，去武器廣場步行也就五分鐘。臨海全是海景房。WiFi也給力。去百內公園玩可以選擇在這住。

We stayed for 1 night after a very long journey from the UK. Easy check in. We booked 2 connecting rooms which were perfect for us. I had emailed Nicolas before leaving the UK and he sorted everything out for us. We then realised that we should have booked tickets to the National Park online before arriving. Nicolas was superb. He helped us complete the booking forms and we were on our way 30 mins later. Thanks again for a great stay.

I really enjoyed this hotel. Located right along the costanera with a fantastic view of the fjord, you wake up in the morning and see the mountains glowing in the sunlight. My room was a very good size. The thing that stands out are the staff. Every one of them provides excellent customer service - recommending sights, restaurants, trips, and local services. Nicholas, the manager, sets the standard with a laser focus on providing guests with everything they need. Also, every staff member is fluent in English.

This is a great little boutique hotel with fabulous views. The rooms were a little smaller than some hotels, but more than adequate for us especially for a one-night stay. What is great however, is the amazing design of the internal layout. The outside is modest, looking more like a " Salmon Canning Factory" or similar, but the inside is a mix of "Industrial chic" and a delight to explore. The staff were efficient and friendly and the restaurant serves decent quality food even if the menu was a bit limited. We would certainly visit again if in the area.

We wanted to make sure we could soak in a jacuzzi after hiking the "W" in Torres del Paine, which is why we booked a room here. I'm so glad we did! The staff was amazing -- they went out of their way to be helpful at every turn -- when we arrived late and hungry, when we needed to store our suitcases for the trek, when we had questions about local destinations -- they did their u**ost to make sure we had what we needed and enjoyed our stay. The rooms have beautiful views, the location is central and convenient, the decor is tasteful and the beds are very cozy and comfortable. The restaurant has lovely views, attentive staff, and tasty food. But it's really the staff that set our stay at Noi Indigo Patagonia apart. I will absolutely come back again if I get the chance!

My mom and I stayed here for three nights after doing the W trek in Patagonia, and we had a wonderful experience! The rooms are lovely, the staff is kind and attentive, the food is delicious, the location is perfect and walkable, there's a spa and sauna....we couldn't have asked for more. Thank you Indigo. :)

Really in town, next to the boulevard. On the out side it looks like a big box but in side it looks lovely. Nice decorated. Good breakfast. They have free bikes. Really large rain shower. The room is not large but sufficient for a few days. Very nice staff.

We paid quite a bit for this hotel because it promised spa and sauna-- but when we got there we were notified spa was closed. Staff were very pleasant. Restaurant was nice. Were also surprised that staff did not facilitate excursions other than giving you websites for us to look into excursions.

The rooms are not how they are pictured on the website, spa is always “out of order” and the restaurant is meodicore. The wait staff in the restaurant was the only plus of the stay. After a week of hiking I just wanted to stay somewhere we could use a hot tub and get a good meal, if that is what your looking for, look elsewhere!
