アルティプラニコ プエルト ナタレス(Hotel Altiplanico Puerto Natales)

衞生條件一般，設施不齊全，充電需要轉換插頭，雙床房的床很小，被子不乾淨，衞生見不乾淨。環境還可以，房間可以看到海，酒店位置也不錯，出門就是湖和大草坪，風景好。服務還可以，早餐種類少沒得吃。性價比不高。

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this hotel. We stayed here at the end of our trips to Torres Del Paine and El Chalten. We love the location directly across from the water. It is about 3 minutes drive from the downtown area. Views from the hotel view is amazing. We ate dinner at the Hotel restaurant, very nice food and wine with a great value. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

Had a wonderful experience at Altiplanico! The rooms were comfortable and clean. The style and decor of the hotel was beautiful. Breakfast was ample and the dinner menu had a number of items to choose from and was the best food we had in PN. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Make sure and check out the outdoor soaking tubs with a view (must be scheduled in advance!)

Wonderful hotel , the best ! The architecture is beautiful, the staff was perfect and helpful, thank you everybody at the bar , the ladies at the front desk ! The cook because the food was delicious ! The room was perfect with a beautiful view! If i could give a better raye than the maximum, i would ! Thank you all !

Very scenic and clean property. I particularly appreciated the heated tiles in the bathroom. Good tea selection as well. It would have been even nicer if the breakfast buffet was refilled more promptly but that's a nitpick. I'd recommend this place.

Pretentious design, unused and poor realization. Uncomfortable bed. It was not a good experience so so let's go out before the foreseen. Bad lighting, curtains do not cover the window complete, the water of the burning shower and you can not regulate the temperature

Services did not match expectations. Restaurant menu card contained many items not available and not only for one day. No chicken, no Kingscrab, no lamb, no avocado amongst others. No yoghurt available at breakfast, no eggs, bacon , sausages at 7am, while breakfast starts at 6Am….no cappuccino ordering possible at 11am, as they had to clean the restaurant before going out for lunch….. . No proper WIFI in rooms and Lounge / Restaurant extremely hot due to the sun Didn’t expect that at these hotel prices

I love the design of this hotel, as well as the materials used to build it. The front desk staff are very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is very clean and is located outside of town, so a $5 Uber is necessary every time you want to go out to eat or shop as there is nothing within walking distance. The shower is hot water on demand which is great, except when the power went out the morning we were leaving so had to have a cold shower. The Wifi rarely works in the rooms, and I made the mistake of not asking the price to have a load of laundry done when we returned from our 5 day Torres del Paine trek. It cost us $65 US for one full grocery bag! Plus a new pair of Smartwool socks were never returned to me and I am 100% certain they were included in the load as they were my favourite pair. We really liked this hotel, but Wifi needs to improve, the hot tub was broken, and the cost of laundry and meals is exorbitant. Nevertheless I would recommend this hotel because of it's cleanliness, design, and staff.

Great place to stay. We stayed before and after the w trek. It is a beautiful quiet location and very peaceful. The staff is extremely friendly and since there are only ~20 rooms it feels intimate. Dinner was fantastic - eat there if you can. It’s about a 30 minute walk to town, which was slightly inconvenient when we needed to buy supplies, but we liked being in a beautiful and quiet location.
