The staff were really welcoming and kind. They let us check in early and made sure we had everything we needed. Rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped. I would definitely stay here again and I hope we get the chance to do so.

Hotel Tolosa is located in the centre of Puerto Madryn. At walking distance, you find the boulevard, the pier and a choice of restaurants and tour agencies. The hotel offers 90 rooms over 4 floors and has a nice restaurant. Free Wi-Fi. Staff is helpful and very friendly. Our small room was adequately furnished & decorated, with desk & chair, TV on the wall, wardrobe & safe (didn’t work), and a reasonable double-bed. We had a very small separate bathroom with toilet, bidet, washbasin and shower over the bath. The window opens into a patio. All was clean. The buffet breakfast is good: a choice of pastries in Italian style, croissants, bread & toast, ham & cheese, scrambles eggs, butter & marmalade, fruit salad, juice, cereals & milk, tea & coffee. We found Hotel Tolosa nice, and we had a good stay. Recommended.

Good hotel with free bicycles to ride in Port Madryn, at walking distance from the sea, however the sea is not that clean and port Madryn has little to offer to visitors, the hotel has parking and free wifi that works well and good restaurant service

Tolosa was a decent hotel. We were a bit concerned due to the negative reviews but we had no issues. The hotel itself is spacious, bathrooms are ok and need an update but not bad. We were made to book 2 rooms since we were 4 but we could have done with the triple room since the main bed was quite big and we didn't need the extra room. There was one person on premises who spoke English which was helpful. Breakfast was ok, dinner was bland. There were a lot of places nearby. The hotel is centrally located. We spent 2 nights there which was sufficient, we liked being so close to the city center. If you have a couple of days and aren't looking to live in the lap of luxury, Tolosa fits the bill.

Stayed with my daughter in a very small room with a very small bed. Asked to be given a room with separate beds and they happily obliged. Made all the difference in our stay.

We did not have AC in our room but the fan kept it comfortable. We had a huge family room with two bathrooms which was great!

Excelente el hotel!! Las habitaciones espaciosas impecables, el desayuno rico variado estilo continental, la amabilidad del personal, la ubicación cerca de la costa y del centro comercial! Fácil acceso desde la terminal de omnibus (solo tres cuadras) Silencio para un buen descanso

Nos hospedamos del 19/12 al 23/12, el hotel esta muy bien ubicado. Cerca de la playa y del centro comercial. Las instalaciones son muy comodas, el desayuno es muy variado y todo exquisito. Lo que quiero destacar es el personal que atiende el hotel, son todos amorosos. En especial, las chicas del comedor, Vilma, Ursula y Carolina. La paciencia y dulzura con la que trataron a nuestra hija Albertina. Quedamos encantados , si volvemos a Madryn nos volveremos a hospedar en este hotel.

Excelente hotel, limpio, cómodo y bien ubicado. Con el desayuno incluido muy completo. Se puede almorzar y cenar y preparan viandas para llevar a las excursiones. La habitación muy cómoda y la atención de todos muy agradable.
