This was an absolutely beautiful resort. I would definitely stay here again. Even with some construction being done, it was very clean, staff was very polite, friendly, and helpful, the grounds were immaculate, the food was very tasty at all the restaurants, drinks were very good (not very strong, though), the pools were clean and even included a swim-up bar, and excursions were reasonably priced as were the taxi services. My favorite foods were the flank steak, the delicious pork tacos from the lunch food truck (best in my life), and the crepes! The rooms were clean and presented nicely. We did not watch TV or partake in using housekeeping for our stay of only a few days, so I have no comment on that. I wish there had been more pool and beach chairs, but we made it work and this was a very small inconvenience. Also, evening shows at 9:30 with very talented dancers as well as a kids' club activities. All in all, you really can't go wrong staying here!

酒店全包，包含酒水飲料、三餐外加happy hour. 在國外，飯菜屬於比較符合中國胃口的啦。而且有幾個泳池可以游泳，就是沙灘不是很理想，兩小塊在灣裏，很多海藻飄進來。總體感覺不錯，性價比高。

We liked the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Our room was lovely. The beach and the grounds were beautiful. We were disappointed in the food. The reservation system for restaurants was not user friendly. The availability and condition of many of the lounge chairs were terrible. The music and entertainment at the pool were too loud.

The buffets were not good and the food was barely room temperature. The restaurants were very good but having to get up before 8 am to try for a dinner reservation was terrible. The shows were so good! The talent was amazing! The bars closed by 11 pm so there was no night life. The property was maintained very well. I didn’t like that we had no beach. It was a rocky reef. Overall, it was a nice place to stay but I wouldn’t choose it again when there are other, nicer options.

Such a friendly and nice place for vacation . People working there are so helpful and quick to help. Clean ,friendly and just wonderful place to spend time off.

Staff and property was outstanding! But it was very difficult to get reservations for dining. If you didn’t make them by 8 am that same day, you couldn’t get in. They require you to use their app for this. We tried one morning at 8:15 and everything was booked. We enjoy the buffet for breakfast but look forward to sit down dining for dinner especially at an all inclusive.

The food was very good The Italian restaurant was not up to par with the rest of the food. Only thing (small thing) is the plates are cold so your food is cold by the time you eat it. Everything else was Great

Everything was terrific- staff, food, resort!! Worst part was trying to get chairs every morning by the pool. Would have loved to receive the upgraded room

We had a blast. This resort was fabulous. The staff was wonderful. Carlos was fabulous. Genuinely the nicest guy! 😁 Our rooms were great. I have really no complaints. The only thing I would say is if you’re looking for miles of white sandy beaches this isn’t the place. The food was very good. There was enough options for everyone. You’re gonna find something you like. Absolutely well worth it to come here!
