A hidden gem. This hotel is amazing, the location, the space and the staff. It’s tucked away at the end of the beach and you’ll be pleasantly surprised. The rooms are great and fully serviced. The staff are friendly, helpful and go above and beyond. Access to the near by Jetwing surf is an added bonus.

We loved this villa / hotel! It was peaceful with incredible views and we were lucky enough to have the villa to ourselves on the final day so it felt like it was ours! The staff were lovely and the food was delicious. The sea near the hotel is pretty wavy though some people were surfing, We popped into the Jetwing surf next door for cocktails and a takeaway bottle of wine in the evening to have with our meal at Kottukal which worked well. The staff at jetwing were very friendly too! We also visited Arguham bay with our teenagers for lunch/ swim in the sea. Good waves and pretty bay.

We checked in on 3rd June and checked out on the 4th of June. The stay was really good and the food was excellent. But on the check out day, before our check out time, some other visitors came before their check in time, and started complaining to the staff that they don’t want to interact with other people and that the head office has promised to give them the villa at 10.30 am, which is before our check out time. But the staff was very nice, they didn’t tell us anything but they were very helpless. Then again during our lunch, the other visitors shouted at a staff member saying that, they don’t want to interact with other people during their stay and was calling to the top management of Jetwing and complaining about other guests (us) being their and that they don’t have privacy. We were also having lunch. And we checked out at 12.00 pm and we were just dining. Their behavior was so unacceptable. The staff was helpless and they apologized on behalf of them. The head office should coordinate properly, if they are accommodating that kind of guests who don’t like to interact with others and to make sure that they don’t accommodate any other guests on the day prior to their stay.

We had a wonderful time (4 adults and 2 kids). The staff were incredible and effort was put in to make sure we were well looked after. We had access to Jetwing surf which was next door (100m) so during the day we also got to use the pool and services from this hotel. Full credit goes to the service staff who was able to accommodate to my children’s allergies and made sure everyone had a great time. The beach/sea was a little rough but that was due to the off-season (east coast not being great during Dec), also hot water was inconsistent at times.

Kottukal beach house by Jetwing is a beautiful hotel with amazing sea view and calm environment …Rooms are clean and spacious..Foods very delicious..Staff is very friendly and helpful…There are 2 nice decent dogs called Dan & Birdy in the hotel…Ideal place for relaxing holiday…..Hope to visit again…

The property is located about 10 mins off the main touristy area on a lovely private beach spanning miles on either side of the property. The villa is very well spaced out and has plenty of little areas to relax. Lovely staff and meals were great too. Our family of 4 had a fabulous time..

Fabulous stay - we had the place to ourselves for our party of 8. Staff obliging and helpful, delicious food in a stunning setting ! Lovely beach walks , tranquil swimming pool and surrounds. Great airconditionjng and outdoor showers in rooms heavenly Thank you!

Kottukal Beach House has 4 spacious rooms and is the prefect location for a family holiday, or for a group of friends to enjoy a home from home. The beach is lovely, and the sea although picturesque is better suited for surfers than swimmers. The Staff are courteous and flexible, and made us feel at home. Arugambay is 15 minutes away so we enjoyed some time there too.

We stayed 2 nights at Kottukal Beach House By Jetwing. The room was well appointed and very comfortable. Lovely balcony and common areas. The pool was well maintained, and staff polite and attentive. Walked along the beach in the company of the two resident dogs (Dan and Birdy!). It would be lovely if the hotel could keep the beach clean, although the trash washes up from elsewhere. Or if they can ensure the local authority does their job in maintaining a clean beach. We went for dinner to Jetwind Surf, where the food, service and ambience was out standing! Had a good time.
