全体的に、滞在はまあまあでした。チェックインとチェックアウトは超簡単でした。車をバレーに送る時間になりました。荷物が重くて、降ろして受け取るのに30分以上かかりました。部屋に着いたら。
部屋は本当に良かったですが、何かを落としたときは見ませんでした。ベッドのところを見ると、本当にひどい状態でした。掃除機をかけていないようでした。そして、あちこちにチリがありました。誰かがベッドの下に置き忘れた処方箋の*****がこぼれたように見えました。間違いなく私を怒らせました。

Internet so slow couldnt even load a we page, entire hotel run down with broken things everywhere. My hallway smelled like mold and had things left everywhere. Honestly the worst 5 star hotel i have ever been in.

Great location, can walk to the pearl
District. Friendly valet and front desk staff. Room was comfortable and clean. Only down side is the street car traveling is a little noisy at times, but zero reason not to stay.

This was such a nice boutique hotel. It's very cozy with very nice interior. I even had a working fireplace in my room. It's in the middle of downtown Portland, easy walk to several good places to eat.

This hotel is in a beautifully restored old building. The woodwork and stairs are just amazing. The Christmas decorations gave a wonderful ambiance and romance to the lobby and public areas. Jake's restaurant serves breakfast , lunch and dinner along with a great staff and busy fun bar. Front desk and text messages about valet and welcome were an extra bonus. Great, safe comfortable stay in downtown Portland. We walked everywhere and took the TriMet to restaurants. Thank you
