Great service at front desk. Needed extra pillows and got them right away. Room was nice, neat and clean. King bed was comfortable. The breakfast was par, the usual items. Would definitely stay there again.

I notice sheet have black spot possibly from wash stuck with pen something? But other than all is good

Place was OK. Could definitely use some updating. The floors in the suite were not cleaned recently with absolute certainty. The beds or somewhat questionable, considering the broken desk, chair and dirty floors and dirty couch. The refrigerator smelled awful where it had been closed for some time and shut off. In general, the front desk, staff were very polite and kept us from making any complaints as we appreciated them so much. We did have one person who has asked about towels, considering we had three adults one four-year-old and an infant in the suite, and only three towels available. When asking for additional towels as sometimes an infant or toddler may require those we were met with “we can’t just give you all the towels we have. You’re allowed one per person “. Our response was “well, there are only three towels, but five of us.” Response to that from the staff member was “so two towels.” Note, the final was a statement and not a question. The tone threw out was extremely rude, but we walked away. Did what we need to, and shared towels with the small children. I would recommend keeping the room clean, or checking everything out prior to guess arriving, especially if things may not have been used for a while, also suggest management to make a lap to ensure that proper housekeeping is performed. Finally, I would train all staff members not just front desk associates on how to be polite.

The staff were great, very kind and helpful. The rooms were clean and functional. The kids enjoyed the pool. Would definitely stay again.

The mid october low that night was 44. The heater when we arrived after midnight was not on. 20 seconds after turning it on there was a burni g smell and the smoke alarm went off. Clearly this was the first use of the season. We kept it off and slept in a cold room. The next morning I explained the issue to the front desk women. She smugly told me exactly what I already knew and offered no apology much less compensation for a poor nights sleep. The hotel was crowded due to a nearby college football game. Why not service or air out the heaters when you already know there is an issue? Bargain basement facility and bargain basement management.

was very nice and friendly. the breakfast was fine for a continental breakfast. one thing that was difficult no elevator. to second floor rooms.

absolutely disgusting place. do not stay here between the dog that slept in the lobby to the extremally dirty hallways and c construction and the smell of the entire place to the extremely dirty rooms.
