Clean, comfy, and affordable, exactly what we needed for a quick trip! There’s also a delicious Mexican restaurant in the hotel which was a very cool surprise!

Overall, is a very nice room for the price, comfortable. The desk chair was small and minimalistic, but served its purpose, but would stay there again and would give it a four out of five rating.
Front desk people at check in and check out, were pleasant, attentive, and serviceable.

We reserved a king room with balcony. Didn't get a balcony room cause they said they had none available so receptionist was accommodating and gave us a room on the 1st floor that was supposed to be quiet. Well... it was a queen size bed and not a king and then I was woke up at 7am to pounding and whatever they were doing in the supply closet it whatever they were doing in the employee only door that was connected to our room.

We had a very good overnight stay on our way to Atlanta. It looked like the hotel was undergoing some much needed exterior repairs. The room was very good and clean. The staff at the desk was helpful and friendly. We know we have a good place to stay if we have other opportunities to visit Pikeville.

First of all, the room was a great value: I paid $89/night for a clean, surprisingly large room. The front desk staff were wonderful, too.
I didn't love the construction - and the fact that I had to drive the long way around to get to the back of the hotel where my room was located - but at the same time, understand that they're doing what they can to upgrade the property. Additionally, the public areas (hallways, stairs, elevator) could be kept cleaner.
