美しいビーチ、レストラン、バーまで徒歩わずか 5 分の隠れた宝石。私は一番安い部屋を予約しましたが、ホテルに部屋があったため、プールを見渡すヴィラにアップグレードしてくれました。部屋は広く、広々としたバスルーム、独立したシャワー、トイレがありました。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切です。私は小さなホテルに 2 年間住んでいますが、ここは最高のホテルの 1 つです。

親友の誕生日を祝うためにここに滞在します、空港に非常に近い、近くのビーチフロントは素晴らしい、夕日の眺めは最高です、ベッドルームは快適で、必要なものはすべて揃っています、これ以上は望めません、セットの朝食の品揃えは良く、本当に満足しています滞在をお楽しみください！チームは親切で礼儀正しく、温かいおもてなしを提供します。

I would highly reccommend Seapines. The accommodation was spotless, the pool clean, it was quiet and lovely gardens. The lady who runs the property was soooo helpful when I was arranging onward travel to Khao Son. She ordered me a local taxi and booked me a bus ticket saving me so much money. I loved this place and would definitely go back! Also to mention if you stay here, do go and explore further down the beach front for food (to the left) as there was a great little bar called Freedom, it had the best Tom Yum I had in Thailand! Small cosy hotel with about 12 rooms, all ground floor. Excellent value, good location 2 minutes to Naiyang beach and all the restaurants. Only serve breakfast but good selection. Big room, huge bed, TV and good Aircon. Nice pool. Very friendly staff. See you next year

Seapines Villa Liberg is located just a short five-minute drive from Phuket International Airport. It is the ideal place to stay for a quick layover, or even as a long term stay to explore the area. The villas are quaint and unique, old Thai style, lots of dark wood and high ceilings. They are set within beautiful, tranquil gardens and there is a great pool there for a refreshing dip. The rooms are spotlessly clean, fresh and welcoming. Coffee and tea making facilities are provided along with two small bottles of water daily. The shower has strong water pressure along with good temperature control. The room has a small TV with True visions available if you would like to watch a movie. WIFI signal is strong and stable. AC works well and is very quiet. Our double bed were two singles pushed together but gave us a comfortable night’s sleep. Seapines has been very well maintained and is in very good condition. Staff are super friendly; they will always welcome you with a warm smile. The hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood just a short five-minute walk (down a narrow laneway) to the beautiful Nai Yarn beach where there are many food vendors, bars, massage shops etc. There you will also find a Tops minimart and ATM. There is also a Tops and ATM at the top of the main road that turns onto the airport direction. On site there are washing machines and dryers available, fifty baht per use. The Steak House next door is very good for western or Thai food, as is Rox’s café in the Halo 1 precinct across the road. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Seapines and look forward to returning there in the future.

Two visits here now and love it as a first night stop. It’s close to the airport. It’s close to the awesome beach restaurants in Nai Yang. The poolside rooms are spacious and bed is comfy as. The owner is absolutely lovely and so helpful. The breakfast could be better but very adequate. Overall an awesome boutique friendly place to start a holiday. We will be back again. Thankyou.

Rustic but everything you could need. Kettle, tea, coffee, fridge and fan in room. While the fan and aircon can be a bit noisy the room is fine and the bed huge. Looking out over the pool and lots of greenery. Surrounded by water, a bit smelly at times, we had no problems with mosquitos. Clean linen and towels every day. The breakfast was a bit regimental, choose which number you wanted, it was adequate. The staff were fine and a free shuttle service to the airport was welcome. I would spend the extra to have a pool room.

Such joy to return to this unique boutique hotel after 2 years away due to the pandemic. Such a peaceful setting with lush green gardens just 300 metres from the long sandy beach at Nai Yang. The hotel retains all of its charm which is complimented by the kindness of all the staff and especially Pojjana the owner. Pojjana supported me through the process of Thailand Pass since when I first made the booking it was under Test and Go, but that suddenly changed to Sandbox. Pojjana has a wealth of knowledge and sent regular updates before arrival about the process and also links to English speaking websites. Nothing was of too much trouble and throughout my stay she was available and very kindly took me to the airport on departure. This visit she very kindly upgraded my room to the "Thai House" - a 70 year old traditionally built Thai house that was relocated to Seapines. The house has been modernised with air con, fridge, safe, flat screen tv etc but retains its many original features, the character of which is far removed from the "average" hotel room. A large veranda offering shade provides a large outdoor living area with views to the pool which was beautifully clean every day throughout my 17 night stay. I cannot rate Seapines highly enough for those travellers seeking a boutique family run hotel close to the beach and the restaurants in Nai Yang. Dates already booked for January 2023!

Wonderful family run B&B villa near the heart of Naiyang. We stayed 3 days after arrival to settle into the Thai vibe. Seapines is a short walk down a shady pathway from the beach and the restaurants. Spotlessly clean cool rooms with a gorgeous swimming pool set in a green garden. The architecture is classic Thai. The breakfast included was simple but tasty. We loved our stay. We are very much looking forward to a return visit.
