I felt really home at this place, as the owners are super friendly and helpful in every way. The location is the best at Patan Darbar Square and breakfast and especially coffee makes a great start in the morning. The rooms are clean and you have warm shower (have to wait a little)

This was the best place to stay in Patan. The hotel is right across the street from Patan Durban Square. The many beautiful temples can be seen from the terrace. It is convenient to go shopping right outside the hotel. This is a family owned hotel. The owners are very warm and helpful. They make you feel so comfortable. They offer homemade breakfast every morning. They are also very knowledgeable on the Nepali culture. I highly recommend staying at the Lalit Heritage Home in Patan. I am thankful to have had such a great experience here.

Lalit has been a safe and nice heritage home during our two months stay. The family is warm and welcoming, and they can learn you about nepali culture and traditions if you like. Facilities are great and you have everything you need in the room. We loved living right at the durbar square and in the Patan area. The heritage home also has two rooftops where we enjoyed good breakfast and many hours in the sun. Best wishes from the Norwegian students

I stayed at the Lalit Heritage home for a month during a work trip to Kathmandu. Matina and her husband were wonderful hosts and always willing to go above and beyond for their guests. I definitely felt more like family during my stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the bathrooms are equipped with hot water which felt like a luxury. I would recommend this guest house to anyone looking to stay in Patan!

I had an absolutely lovely stay at Lalit Heritage Home. My airport pick-up went smoothly and I was given a warm welcome by the family owners. The room was very comfortable with a hot shower, desk and a view over Patan Durbar Square. My favourite part of the guesthouse was the terrace on the top floor with a stunning view where I would eat my breakfast or relax during the evenings and I could see the mountains on clear days. The breakfast (and dinners!) were delicious. The location is also great as it is right next to the Palace/Patan Museum with plenty of restaurants, shops and coffee shops nearby but is also nice and quiet in the evenings. What I particularly liked about Lalit Heritage Home is that it had the atmosphere of a homestay with all the comforts you need. I really enjoyed chatting to the family, learning more about the local area and felt very safe and looked after, especially as a solo traveller. I highly recommend and definitely plan to return.

This was a wonderful place to stay. So close to Patan Durbar Square over looking the temples. Our children loved playing table tennis in reception. The family running the hotel are so welcoming and friendly and looked after all arrangements for us. It felt like being in a lovely home. We would like to stay again and again.
