We had no hot water. Front desk said they couldn’t help us management would be in at 3 pm and would contact us with a resolution. They never made contact with us.

깔끔하고 다음날 환승하는 승객을 대상으로 하는 곳인지라, 공항이랑 거리도 1km도 안되서 아침 비행기 타기에는 딱 좋습니다.

Only thing I guess I dont get about these Courtyard hotels, as they are really nice properties; I always hear that people are disappointed with the lack of dining room and full service restaurant ops.

Extremely thin floors and walls. You hear stomping. Doors closing. All day. Night. Early morning. Don’t expect to sleep. Staff was pleasant. “Restaurant” - loosely used description for this location - out of a lot of items. Expensive. Not good quality. Stay somewhere else.

La razón por darle 3 estrellas fue porque,el total del lo que cobraron, añadieron pago extra por el parking y adentro hay una cafetería , pero todo lo que ordenas es extra, y no hubo desayuno incluido como dice,en sus precios , deves hacer tu pedido y pagar y pues si se ve de lujo y limpio, pero nada fuera de lo común y la alberca a las 10;00 cerraron, no me gusto en lo adsoluto, deverian de ponerlo en los precios , para que la gente lo sepa, de que tengan que pagar extra y desayuno se paga por separado, no es incluido, usualmente nos vicitamos el lugar 2 o 3 veces por año, y hemos tenido mejores precios, desayuno gratis, alberca abierta hasta la media noche y gratis parkeadero, es la primera vez que nos cobran así, obviamente no nos quedaremos aquí otravez.

The room was great. The only thing we would have made it better is to have the TV not be over the desk. It was difficult for my husband to work when I was watching tv. Also, it would be nice if there were hot chocolate packets along with the coffee.

We booked this hotel after our long flight from Guatemala. Decided to stay and rest before heading home the following day. I called a few hours earlier to let them know our flight was getting in late and we’d be doing late check out. Primarily to get some much needed rest after our flight. We got in a little after midnight and walked the short distance to the hotel. There is a gas station walking distance as well. I checked in and let the front counter personnel know I’d called earlier and was told late check out could be accommodated. I was then informed no one had informed them and they were fully booked and could not accommodate it. After discussing with the personnel again and informing them I had called a few hours ago and was told they’d make a note on my reservation and late check out would not be a problem. They agreed to extend late check out from 11 to 12. We went to bed that night thinking we’d be able to sleep in the following morning. We were woken up the following day at 7am with a continuous alarm going off in the room next to us. I called the front desk and they said it was a fire alarm and they were working in it. After 15-20, I called again as the alarm was still going off. Again, I was told they were working on it. It was 816am before the alarm was finally turned off, over an hour after I had initially called. Very disappointed, I really should’ve tried to get a refund but I’m all actuality didn’t have the energy for it. Probably won’t stay here again.
