酒店周邊環境不錯 酒店房間比較小 隔音效果一般。房門竟然沒有反鎖，這點對一個人住的女性不友好。

Wonderful hotel with spacious rooms in a great neighborhood right across the street from the metro. The bathroom was sizable and the fitness room is decent size. The concierge/front desk employees were very helpful. Rooms were pretty quiet too which was nice for those dealing with a time change. Best of all, we arrived around noon and our room was ready early which was amazing!

I was extremely disappointed by the lack of adequate cleaning of the room. We stayed for 5 days. We had champagne in the room 1st night and the empty ice bucket and glasses are still here 5 days later. The complimentary tea/coffee etc were NEVER refilled and each day we had to go back downstairs to request. Cleaning materials where left in the room. Shower gel in bathroom just left with broken top at the side of it. Coffee machine not emptied. Rose petals thrown off the bed and never cleaned up until I requested. Room service for breakfast is difficult and there is no mini bar as stated in your room description. Also the bar wasn’t open and just chairs piled up in front of it. Overall a very disappointing stay and would not stay again. I feel that the culture of the staff is poor and most look quite miserable. Given bottle of water in room but bottle opener broken so again had to request it be replaced. I think this hotel is living on its previous reputation. However Pamela, Enrico and an older gentleman (I’m sorry I cannot remember your name) always tried their best and did give good service. Lastly we arranged an extended check out by 1 hour the night prior to departure to 12pm. At 11.30 reception rang asking what time we were leaving… fair enough no problem with the phone call. However within 5 mins of the call the room door was flung open by cleaners. No knock and despite having “do not disturb” card hanging outside. I was caught in an extremely embarrassing position as I was changing my ostomy bag. Totally and utterly unacceptab

I give one star because of its convenient location. First, one of the nights we stayed there, the toilet was not cleaned well and the poop was visible and could not be flushed down. We called the front desk and no technician was available and no other room was available (photo 1 which was taken after the front desk came to try to clean the poop). It was ridiculously gross and we had to use public toilet the whole night, which was very inconvenient. The compensation from the hotel was just free breakfast, and switching us to a room with an”Eiffel Tower view” the next night. Yet, the view had a very small Eiffel Tower that could be barely seen LoL (photo 2 which was taken with iPhone 14 with 3x zoom in). Secondly, we paid the same amount of money as our friends and stayed during the same week. Our friends got a bigger room ( photo 3- there’s a big space in between window and the bed and the space could fit a night stand, a lamp, and a chair). We got a much smaller room (photo 4- the space between window and bed was small therefore the chair was put away). If we had paid the same amount of money, we should be treated equally and be given the same size of rooms. If the rooms size were different , we should have been charged differently. When I emailed customer service, the manager did not explain why we were given different sizes of rooms and kept insisting the rooms were the same size, which obviously they were not. We were not satisfied with their responses.

We are at the end of a 7 week European holiday and were delighted to check into the K+K Cayre. The staff are wonderful, the location perfect and the room lovely. We usually stay on the Ile St. Louis in the 4th arrondissement but my husband has always wanted to stay in the 6th. We are not disappointed. We chose the Cosy Urban room as I need a walk-in shower. It is lovely and has plenty of space. We have a lovely soundproof door leading out to a small balcony. We are on the Rue de Bac side of the hotel and with the door closed, no street noise at all and I am a very light sleeper. The bed is very comfortable. The bathroom quite large and beautiful. The breakfast is delicious with multiple offerings from hot cooked items such as eggs, mushrooms, bacon, sausage and beans. There is a vast selection of breads to choose from along with pastries, fruit, cereal, cheese and meats, yogurt and salad items. Their chocolate croissants are fabulous! They have a very good coffee machine. It was a nice walk to the Musee d’Orsay. The front desk helped us make our museum reservations. We will definitely be back when in Paris next time.

We stayed here during the last week in April. A great hotel - helpful and friendly staff, wonderful breakfast, great free internet, awesome location. We stayed in room 704, advertised as a spacious room with Eiffel Tower views. The room lived up to this description. An awesome experience falling asleep looking at the tower all lit up.

This hotel is not a 4* hotel . There’s a review in May which I do wish we had read before we stayed here . It’s pretty spot on . No restaurant / no bar facilities (as staff member unwell ). No replenished tea bags Water only free on first evening although we weren’t told this ( maybe this is a Paris thing?) Tried to contact reception and phone wouldn’t work - on going down to reception was told that buttons on phone indicating reception , concierge etc don’t work and that we should be dialling 9 - we were not told any of this at checkin. Shower doesn’t work - only one head from 2 buttons . Ceiling in shower peeling and looks really bad . Furniture and cabinets in room bashed and worn . However it’s not acceptable that we paid premium $ for a shabby hotel that cannot possibly be 4*.

Not a 4 Star hotel as advertised. Tired and worn. Adequate breakfast buffet. Helpful reception but rooms a really in need of refurbishment. No restaurant and no bar because the barman is sick!!! A bit disappointing. One plus is that the windows open!
