ホテル ルーヴル サント ノレ(Hotel Louvre Saint-Honoré)

A very very bad experience in this hotel, overall we should stay four night but due to hotel said we violate the policy as we have a four year old child together even we want to paid for extra bed they still didn’t allow us to stay but they allow us stay for first two night, if really cannot why allow us to check in?!!!!! on third day hotel treat us like a thief ask us to move out immediately we need to waste our half day trip time and find a new hotel to stay!!! Hotel only compensate us one night fee refund but they burn our two night room fee!!!!!!!Is a very bad service hotel! Not recommended, we will not come again!!!! The hotel manager very very bad service! We are not criminals, I hope the hotel can apologize to us for causing trouble! Call us msg us for their rude attitude! Hotel didn’t have hot drink water not suitable for family with child , hotel lift very small and got sound when operate! Really bad experience hotel 😡😡😡 it is not qualified to four star hotel service!! Will send the complaint report to related Relevant national consumer complaint agencies！！

The location is great, you can walk to the Louvre in under 10 minutes. There are shops and bakeries next to and all around The hotel itself is very dated. But the bathroom was spacious and had great bath products. Beds/bedtoom were average

The staff were helpful but a little distracted when we arrived. The room was clean, compact, had everything we needed. Water in shower was warm but never quite hot enough. Overall we had a good experience at this hotel, very close to everything including 7 min walk from Les Halles Station, great Bon&Mie bakery nearby, easy to get to and a great location for exploring Paris.

Nice hotel. Comfortable rooms. Carpeting in rooms very warn or dirty couldn’t tell. Overall staff was friendly. Misled by concierge who made a”taxi”reservation to CDG. Not sure if it was a personal friend or not. But I was quoted 65€. Driver demanded 75€. Gave the driver 100€. Said he didn’t have exact change and only had a 20€. This was a rip off but didn’t have time to argue. Felt as if I made have been scammed in my opinion.

The best experience with hotels ever. The reception people (all of them) were so kind and helpfull. The room was really nice and we felt at home immediately. We will definitely choose this hotel for stay in Paris next time.

Narrow street near corner of busy intersection was always congested, even at 11 pm, making taxi pickup and dropoff difficult. Property was very nice, but we were in a noisy first floor room (002) where we heard every flush in the building and felt every train go by underground. Our companions in upstairs rooms made no similar complaints. Breakfast was great. Staff was great. Location is very easy walk to Louvre and various metro stations.

Rooms are small even by city standards and seemed like it had been a while since they had a good clean outside of basic housekeeping.
