2023. 9. 20 ~9.21~수페리어 3베드룸으로 2박을 저희 한국인 5인 가족이 잘 지냈구요. 그 유명한 에펠탑을 거실 쇼파에서 누워서 바로 눈 앞에서 올려다 보며 한눈에 담을 수 있다는게 얼마나 행복한지 알았습니다. 그리고 21세기 현재에 100년전 19세기에 지어진 고급 파리지앵 아파트에 자는 것도 정말 영화 같은 감동이였구요.^^ The location is fantastic- close to Metro/RER (5 minute walk), grocery and liquor stores (2 minute walk). The view of the Eiffel Tower is unbelievable. It is on a quiet street. The rooms are spacious and it is very clean. Having a full sized refrigerator, washer/dryer, coffee and tea pot saved us a lot of money. The bed and bath linens are high quality. The front desk people are very friendly and helpful.

非常滿意的一次住宿。房間非常大，乾濕分離的衞生間，很整潔，配的洗髮水個肥皂品質很好。客廳很大，沙發餐桌齊全。廚房可以使用，我家的早飯和晚飯都在公寓做的，確實很方便。公寓離埃菲爾鐵塔非常近，走路五分鐘就到了。距離地鐵六號線走路十分鐘以內。地理位置真的不錯！

位置非常棒！就在鐵塔下面！奧斯曼風格建築！晚上很安靜，睡得很好！洗漱用品都是nuxe!在陽台看亮着燈的鐵塔太幸福了！附近有各種餐館，早飯可以買到麪包！完美完美！ 服務：服務也很好，工作人員非常nice，如果晚上到提前打電話跟他們預訂時間入住，退房可以寄存行李，走的時候再拿。

Will preface this to say that the property is gorgeous - clean, safe, well appointed and centrally located. And one simply cannot beat the view! However!! Please beware about how/where you book as there are many parties at play here. We booked a four-bedroom penthouse through Plum Guide, through what appeared to be a personal listing. We were ultimately given a completely different apartment than what we booked based on the Plum Guide listing. This type of switch might be OK at an actual hotel, but as booked, we expected to get what we paid for. When I checked in with the front desk about the discrepancy, they deflected saying there was nothing they could do and that the host I booked through only owned one apartment in the building. So if that’s true, the host (someone named Alexis) is defrauding guests by posting a listing for one property and renting out another. So far, Plum Guide has shown no sense of urgency in texturing this either, they are deflecting it back to Alexis, the host, too. Again - ultimately we concluded our stay and we worked around it, but I would caution against anyone ever staying here as you may not get what you expect and the on-site team will be uninterested in helping or just unable to. Buyer beware!

Nice apartment conveniently located by Eiffel Tower with all of the amenities for a family stay. Apartment was very clean, fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, plates, utensils, dishwasher, clothes washer/dryer. Upper floors accessible by lift. Near public transportation a market and a couple of restaurants. Quick check in. The staff will take AMEX for reservation BUT the actual rental has to be paid with VISA/MasterCard. (Something NOT mentioned in the booking websites)

This place is so big for 4 of us. The room is super clean and the full with kitchenette. The view of Eiffel Tower from the balcony day and night is stunning. 5 minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower. You will never regret staying here and I will return for sure.

Amazing stay. Suzan was very friendly and helpful ! Plenty of room, very convenient to everything and view of Eiffel Tour Plenty of room for our family of 4 but 6 or more can stay here. Very Safe. Kitchen is with dishwasher and washer/dryer was very useful

We loved loved this place! A magical place with a magical view. No matter where you were you had a view of lady Eiffel. Watching it sparkle from your home is more then you can ask. Staff was sweet and kind and helpful.

We had an absolutely incredible experience at the Resident Charles Floquet for Bastille day. We stayed on the third floor in a superior apartment. We had a living room and dining room with balconies with views of the Eiffel Tower. There were three bedrooms with four singles and one double bed, and two full and one half bathroom. The kitchen had plenty of pots, pans and dishes to make meals. Some previous guests had left oil, salt and pepper, coffee and filters but that seemed mostly random. There were toasters, a drip coffeemaker and a nespresso machine. Washer and dryer in the kitchen. The front desk sold nespresso pods. There was a single dishwasher pod and a single laundry pod provided. On Avenue Suffren there is a franprix grocery with a wonderful bakery next door. I highly recommend Cafe Beaujolais for a close dinner. It was a perfect place to view the fireworks for bastille day. Avenue Charles Floquet closes for around 5:00 for the fireworks, so we had to explain to a policeman where we were staying. Very quiet and beautiful place to stay!
