Best Western Paradise Hotel

Staff almost walked in during an intimate moment and the receptionist claimed it was do to a new employee who made a mistake. This is unacceptable.

I've had good experiences staying here in the past, but this time it wasn't so good. The shades on the window would not go up, so we couldn't have any natural light. The shades were also filthy, with hand prints all over the bottom edge. The mattress cover was filthy, as was the tile in the bathroom.

The rooms were comfortable, breakfast was plentiful. We will definitely return again….

I enjoyed everything about my stay. It was very quaint, staff was very welcoming and breakfast was great! Very satisfied with room as well!

The hotel staff were great. I had a few questions, and they were very helpful. The breakfast in the morning was also excellent. I would return without any hesitation. We had a great stay.

This location works well for me and fits my needs. I have stayed here several times and it is one of my favorite places to stay.

Nice room. Relatively clean. Made up nicely for the second night. I asked for a top floor room away from elevator and ice maker. The assigned room was as far away from both as was possible. Nice staff on check in and out. Breakfast was good with lots of choices. Carpets were in need of a thorough cleaning, especially hallway and before the elevator. Basically, a good accommodation for a short two-day stay.

This was a very clean and comfortable hotel. It was quiet. The bed was great. The breakfast had many options. It was worth the drive out of our way to get there!! The only hotel in a week of stays that had a place to fill your water bottle with cold water!!
