The best service! Luxuary! Fantastic hotel in the old town - close to everything. Very helpful staff! Georgoeus hotel and comfortable beds with really nice sheets. I recommend this little boutique hotel, it’s super! Roof top with sunbeds and spa room that you can book for yourself with sauna and cooler pool.

We just stayed 3 nights at this lovely hotel in the old town of Palma. The location is perfect for everything including restaurants, shops and the site seeing too. The hotel has a high end luxury feel to it but the staff treat you like their family. They really cannot do enough to make sure you enjoy your stay. A huge thank you to Pedro and the whole team for making our stay so relaxing.

The Summum Boutique Hotel is a beautiful old building which has been tastefully restored. It is well located near the centre of the Old Town and is in walking distance of most places of interest. The breakfast is very nice, with lots to choose from and served in the courtyard in the centre of the building. The team on reception were amazing and did everything they could to look after us and make our stay enjoyable.

Truly superb!!! So welcoming and accommodating and friendly. To be honest we did expect this from them but the staff went above and beyond and they delivered everything effortlessly. It was clear that they enjoyed their jobs. We had a brief historic tour of the hotel on arrival and then we went to our room in 203 and it was breathtaking. We were given a map and a brief on places to visit and we did everything that they recommended. The spa treatments were outstanding too. We highly recommend this fantastic hotel. Thank you very much. Went for our honeymoon and were treated like royalty. We will be recommending Summum to any and all friends/family who want to visit Palma. Truly amazing staff, a beautiful building with enjoyable history to it, and it is located at the perfect location in the heart of the city. An extremely walkable location that allowed us to go to the marina, many of the main streets, and a multitude of open courtyards with cafes, bars, and shopping. Every single member of the staff was top notch and friendly beyond expectation - they’re a great team at Summum and I promise you’ll enjoy your stay.

Excellent stay for my 50th Birthday .All the staff where friendly and very attentive from the moment we arrived The breakfast had a good selection of various options and high quality food was served The cleanest of the hotel was superb and the cleaning staff did an excellent job of ensuring our room was clean and well stocked . Our room itself was a good Size and had lovely bedding and soft towels It’s is in a excellent location for seeing the sites and shopping and restaurants If you have booked this little gem you will not be disappointed

this amazing small hotel is one of the best i have ever stayed in. from the minute you walk in and meet the amazing staff, who are helpful, friendly and caring, you feel as if you have been friends for years, incredible really. the rooms are wonderfully decorated and extremely comfy. the basement spa is great, and you have this to yourself, the rooftop is lovely. breakfast room is quite small, but actually really enjoyed it when i got used to it, and the food was good. the location is incredible, so quite, but 200 yards away right into the centre. lots of really good restaurants and cafes minutes away. but the highlight of this hotel "THE STAFF"
