デスティニー パームス ホテル メインゲート ウエスト(Destiny Palms Hotel Maingate West)

There was only coffee in the morning even though they advertised free breakfast. The bathroom shower was not clean and the room had an odor. The ac was not on when we arrived and the unit was very loud when it ran. There was no sign on the building with their name on it only a small sign down a side road that was stuck in the ground at the driveway on the side of the hotel. The front entrance was blocked off which was annoying because the GPS takes you to the front entrance. We would not stay there again.

The staff was very nice and always helpful. It was a convenient and easy ride to Disney. But the hotel is very outdated. It was clean, which was our top concern. We didn't mind it being outdated with the price we paid. The lighting is dim. Bathroom is tiny...only had a stand up shower. Bed was comfortable. No breakfast, only coffee. For the price and cleanliness, we would stay again.

Helpful front desk staff, great price! I used to stay at Destiny Palms and then the price went up, but I was able to stay there again due to a good price and booked two rooms. Thank you.

Nossa estadia foi excelente. O quarto é bastante confortável, com cama e travesseiros muito bons. Os funcionários do local são extremamente educados, fomos muito bem tratados. Pela manhã há café coado disponível na cozinha, estava bem gostoso também. Com certeza me hospedaria novamente numa outra oportunidade!

Very small TV. Fridge didnt get that cold. Got room service when we asked not to. They dont have do not disturb hangers, so they come in freely anyway. Coffee in room was horrid. No drink machine anywhere. No ice. If they put some money into the hotel they coulc charge more. Overall cheap, quiet, safe.

Great short stay, close to everything we needed. Comfy beds, no bugs, excellent and kind service. Hotel is a little older but affordable and appreciated! Only thing I wish was different was more lights in the parking lot.

The mattress was pressed so close to the wall it was almost ontop of a broke light switch. The bathroom ceiling had a moldy light and rusted out sprinkler. The shower had a scummy, rusty molded out hand rail with a severely outdated and scummy shower head. The staff was nice enough but housekeeping left all of the used washcloths in the shower and only replaced half of the towels when they cleaned.

The front desk staff were very friendly and efficient. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower. Great value for the price! Would definitely recommend and will stay here again the next time we are in Orlando.

Destiny Palms is our home from home. We have been staying here for about the last 8years. The location is great for us. About 20min drive from the parks. The owner and the staff are wonderful and very accommodating. It is not the ritz but it is clean and the beds are really comfortable.
